Hi Scott This Rub is neither spicy nor really sweet. We use this in Switzerland and Europe to season Pork, Chicken or the cheaper cuts of beef or lamb. Both for long or short cooking parts of the meat. To be honest i really like the American 🇺🇸 Brisket and Ribs but i haver never smoked them myself, therefore i don’t know if it would be good 👍🏻 could you try it ;) Cookswiss
@ ProdotPuypuy I use it for pretty much all kind of meat, maby more for the cheaper cuts. For the Filet or Sirloin i use it sometimes but mostly just salt and pepper. For fish it works as well but more if you make it “meuniere”, season, flour and then fry it in a little butter or oil. If you steam or poach the fish i would rather use this herb salt: ua-cam.com/video/dTmKXPhSVXQ/v-deo.html Greetings Cookswiss
Hey Abi Nor-Mac This meat seasoning is used to quickly season your meat and then cook it. It is not like a marinade which you leave to marinate for hours. We use it a lot for pork or chicken or cheaper beef cuts. I will only season with this seasoning and nothing else, this should explain the salt. Maybe this is a European thing :)
Hey KaPak NaPak We use this seasoning to put on the meat and then cook the meat immediately. We don’t put any extra salt and the seasoning should not be to strong. It’s an European thing :)
nice looking spice mix.
Thank you 🙏😃 it also tastes good 🤣
Looks 👍 great! Going to try it, ty! Question? Do you by chance know how many watts that blender is?

Is this a spicy or sweet rub. And could you use it on brisket, ribs, or pork?

Does it blend well with all kinds of meat? How about fish? Do u have other videos like this but for fish?

@@cookswiss2024 Grazi milli. Stay safe mate.
@Prodot Puypuy
You too 😊
What amount of use in 1 kilo chicken.
I would just sprinkle it with some of it like it would be salt.
For 1kg maybe around 20g of seasoning.
Cookswiss
One cup of salt? Why?

Cookswiss - Okay. Your food must taste VERY salty then
Hey Abi Nor-Mac
Not really 😋
I use it moderately as it would be salt 🧂
Your Awesomeness is too much you need to cut it dank for BBQ SAUCE ON FLIP-FLOPS
@Aaron Hibler
Bbq Sauce on Flip Flops? 🤔
@@cookswiss2024 it is dirty only
@Aaron Hibler
What is dirty 🤣🤔
Makes me wonder too...
@Prodot Puypuy
Do you understand what he meant? Because i don’t get it 🧐
No need for a cup of salt, far too much. Spices are preserving well without salt, you can rub salt on the meat when needed.
That seems like a lot of salt
You can put less if you want :) this is for me a complete seasoning, i will not add other salt while using it.
Enough salt to make our organs explode.
🤔 why should you eat that much salt ? This seasoning you use instead of salt therefore you don’t eat more then usual...
That's alot of salt
You are allowed to put less ;)
Too much salt.
