    Sesame seeds and beni seeds are different although they belong to the same family.
    Beni seeds are smaller, flatter and lighter in weight as compared to Sesame seeds.
    Thank you

Also, when everything is blended together and well combined, you will only need a little quantity at a time for each meal, and you can decide when to use it and when not to use it. 😀 Thanks so much for watching 🙏🙏

    Where can one get this spice and can they be stored at home i belive they are all dried form? I am in Port Harcourt and would like to secure them?

    • @oluwatunseyi
      @oluwatunseyi  Рік тому +1

      🙏🙏Like I mentioned in the video, the spices can be bought from food markets, supermarkets, or online stores. Most of the spices are usually sold in their dry form, for any one that may not be already dried, you can dehydrate or dry (to remove any form of moisture for increased shelf life) to soothe your purpose. But while purchasing from the vendors, you can request for all dry spices to make things easy for you. Also, at the point of mixing and blending the spices together, always ensure the individual spices mixed together, are all dry. They can be stored at home. (Also, as mentioned in the video, storage should be in airtight containers, in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture)Thanks so much for watching 🙏🙏

      If I get your question right, this mixture is neither sweet nor savory ( I mean no sugar or salt added) so you will still need to add the ingredients that make your food taste good. But I don’t use Maggi or any of the store- bought seasoning cubes to cook as you might have noticed in all my videos. Thanks so much for watching and thank you for your question 🙏🙏
