You are not bad, Ace combat 7 it's not very hard pilot jets and in this video I was still practicing with the beginner flight mode on, but I think you just need practice . Then you will also do things like this: ua-cam.com/video/NRjH9jTnk0Y/v-deo.html and much better than these 😉 Then you can move on to more challenging videogames like DCS World , Microsoft Flight Simulator... Keep going and you will definitely improve.👍 With this videogame I'm fine with the default settings. The most important thing is have fun 😁
Hi friend, usually the game automatically recognize the connected devices. You must check eventually control panel some problem. If enter the game by Steam you should setup the controller in Big picture mode. At least you must force some solution with some program. What's your setup problem?
Hey, I can’t do maneuvers with my x56 Hotas. It’s the same as yours and I’ve searched everywhere but can’t find the solution 😅 Help will be much appreciated😊
Understandable, it’s not a sim and has never tried to be. It’s an arcade style flight combat game. He did explain how he’s using the beginner controls, and in 3rd person (obviously you can go into cockpit or just HUD). If you go into it understanding it’s just a fun game with great soundtrack, not really going for realism, you’ll have a great time.

Starting with Ace04 when it was New, which is Objectively The Most Detailed in the series, and not knowing Anything about it previously, I was hooked, then ace5 came around which took the visual graphics a step further aside from the goofy looking purple pink afterburners , Only this time the Very thing your doing in the game WHICH WAS FLYING Had been Tarnished and became a joke Ever since, Well they just had the flight graphics just like Ace1&2 which is Not necessarily a good thing when the Visuals are improving

So HOTAS works with Default controls? Nice. Maybe I'll get one for Christmas, if I can afford one.
In this video the peripherals are set on defaul control with beginner flight mode on.
For joysticks check online because prices sometimes go down .
is there any way to set up rudder pedals? i've been looking for a couple hours on google and so far nothing
I think so, but I don't have pedals so I can't say yes for sure.
With the X56 the rudder is set by default on the Hotas stick

probably because i played this match with fly mode beginner.
in my other vids i played with expert mode and it's totally different and too much fun 👍
