We didn't feel it was funny at all. We did not let it ruin our day and can laugh about it now.
What kind of tradition is that, and what kind of guests are they...???? They ruin the couples moment in walking the outside after the ceremony. Perhaps this couple will never invited them in their baby shower or whatsoever.
A modern day example. My sister's second wedding ceremony went well. However the reception was not without problems. A couple in my side of the family got into a fist fight after drinking too much. There was also a guy and his brother in law who got drunk and fought each other. That led to a lawsuit since one had his law broken. The one with the law broken met his future wife that night who was also a former escort. People blamed it on the open bar or the venue. But it was mostly due to drunks at the wedding.
YOU COULD TELL MOM AND DAD, ESPECIALLY DAD, WAS PISSED! I'M SURE THOSE GUYS DID NOT GET AWAY EASILY. THAT WAS A PRETTY BIG CROWD AND THE MESS WAS HUGE! MY GIRLS WOULD STILL BE KICKING ASS WHEN WE GOT BACK FROM THE HONEYMOON!

Anyway, I'm throwing out the trash I walk past a car in the parking lot and I didn't mean to look but I did catch a glance of the bride with her head in lap of some dude for like 1 second before I realized what was going on. I looked away and cracked a joke to myself ("oh that's romantic lol") and went about my business. A couple of hours later I see her at the table in the reception hall...but she was sitting next to a dude who has brown hair. The dude I glanced at in the parking lot had blonde hair and was sitting 3 seats away from her, so it wasn't husband and wife making fuck in the parking lot. So I'm shooting the shit with the bartender lady and Mr. Blonde makes a speech, and it had to be not 10 seconds in when Mr. Brown starts throwing hands at Mr. Blonde. While all this is going on, me and the bartender are eating popcorn watching the fight and kind of laughing because the whole thing was fucked up.
