Great show that one isn't it - shame I couldn't make it this year (although funnily enough Norton didn't invite me!!)....nice to see some familiar faces around. Maybe see you there again next year....
25:20 I actually detailed this bike prior to the show (and the one heading to America for Biltwell). This is Jim from Jim’s Detailing btw. Great video Freddie. Look forward to seeing how it went at their workshop.
Seen a few bits of coverage from the Bike Shed Show now Freddie, but you've knocked it out of the park. Great interviews, and loads more bikes than I've seen on any others. Superb work sir.
Great to see you at the bike shed show and keep up the good work on the channel and an added bonus for my brother and me was we are on your film from the show the part just after the chopper bikes two old boys pointing at the bike looking forward to more content on the channel Steve and Andy.

Well done guys I really enjoyed watching your travels 😃
The trip around the Bike Shed was just ace! I was so impressed by some of the builds and shear attention to detail. So it's it's a big thanks from me Freddie for that! 👀
Great video Freddie. And fantastic to see my shed build with the tool roll on UA-cam. 14:18 Build number 2 has already started - a 1980 CB900 F Supersport.
I don’t go to bike shows anymore. So it’s good to be able to see the bikes on UA-cam. I enjoy the custom bikes that people have spent ages putting together. To me that’s art. Thank you Freddie. 🙂👍
Thanks for this, Freddie. Very much enjoyed all the beautiful bikes. Wish we had something comprable here in Toronto or Montreal. P.S. Love your sofa !
Love the bike shed in Whitechapel it’s the only reason I pop into London on my bike for a coffee! A few weeks ago I bumped into Joe from the Wurks with he’s wife Emily a wonderful smashing couple & another excellent channel to watch!
Great to see Shoogly Shed Euan’s XJR1300 on the video Freddie, well deserved, he also built my ‘Musashi’ Vmax, hope to get down for the Friday evening next year, best to go and M, JB 🏴
Great video. I was there from Friday at 7pm for the full weekend and it was busy then. Sunday wasn’t too manic this year was it! It was great to see such a variety of bikes and better still if you’re able to chat to the owner to discover how much effort has gone into the build! 😁👍
That was really great and the Bike Shed looks like an amazing building. I hope Maeving do well with their bikes. Very smart having the removable batteries as well since it will be make sense if you live in an apartment or flats and was glad to see Charley Boorman there even if only for a few seconds. Looks like you have scored another subscriber. All the best from South Australia.
It was a great show again at bikeshed. Really loved Andrew's honda and he is a gent. Thanks again for stopping and chatting with me and Jayne don't forget to tell Monika about the theatre tickets lol. Great video as always 🏍️🏍️🏍️
It was a pleasure to meet you, Malcolm! Andrew is a gent and I think there may be a buyer for the Honda. Hugely appreciate it re the theatre tickets🙌🏻🙌🏻
@@ShooglyShedMotors oh I had to take a screen print of your bike,.it's beautiful and I know it's going to be ridden. Thank you for adding beauty to the show.
Really enjoyed this episode - like the alchemy ( what passion) and also saw a glimpse of a XT 600 that I crossed Australia on. The Bonnie looks glorious -- regards - Rupert and KTM in Karoo
Hi Freddie your so lucky . We dont get shows like this in Ireland . The Dublin show is good but its in Dublin 4 hours away from me so its so difficult to get there . We need more shows and over in the west of Ireland . Galway has so many good venues but everything here is Dublin based . Great stream Freddie many thanks 👍👍👍
Enjoyed that Freddie. It’s not really me - but then I’m a child of the 80s and 90s and sports bikes and handling will always trump bling and paint jobs for me.
Thanks for the tour, Freddie. I always wince when I see electric motorbikes as they are a signal that motorcycling as we know it is going to be killed off. The phrase “turkeys voting for Christmas” always comes to mind.
Some years back i went to "The Art of the Motorcycle" show in NYC. Although it was a very impressive collection of bikes, it paled in comparison to this Bike Shed event. Well done Freddie, always enjoyable to watch you do your thing. Cheers !!!
Sir, your channel is a great treasure for the real bike enthusiasts who doesnt like any other bullsh*t and idiot things as other vloggers.. or say reviewers do.
Now I’ve passed my CBT I feel like I can actually visit these shows as genuine rider…( although one who will admittedly work his way up to the full license) 😂
Great video as always, although was disappointed to see you just skip past the British legendary Holy grail, the Vincent Black Shadow, a British bike made in Stevenage from 1948 -1955 and was the fastest production bike in the world up to the mid 70's despite production having stopped nearly 20 years prior, and still wining races and being raced by the like of John Surtees in the 60's, and written about by Hunter T Thompson. 1971 novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, he wrote "If you rode the Black Shadow at top speed for any length of time, you would almost certainly die. That is why there are not many life members of the Vincent Black Shadow Society." and not cheap these days with good example's going for up to £90,000.
@@FreddieDobbs I only know what i do as my wife grandfather worked in the factory then then went onto design auto gearboxes for the E type after their demise and he has so many stories to tell, and i just love to listen.
It's a pity that the show wasn't on the bank holiday Monday too. If it's that crowded then an extra day might make sense. I knew an old biker (ex-Hells Angel) who restored old bikes and had a 1920's Indian in his living room. I'd wake up next to it in the morning after parties at his place.
I've never particularly been an electric bike fan but Maeving have hit on great idea with those easily removable batteries. The question would be how much do they cost and how long do they last . . .my thought is you could keep a couple of extra ones on charge for quick changeover's when needed.
Mavic has it together! Now, if there can just be a universal battery that all bikes use, exchange the battery instead of waiting for charging at "filling" stations would be such a better way to stay on your way.
Great video as always, thanks Freddie. Been to every one since 2018. Still the best show by far, but as others have mentioned it did seem a bit sparse this year.
Classic Legends who own BSA also own the Jawa brand btw...I'm not sure why they haven't tried bringing in that brand into the UK...they're a rage here in India! Of we do have some history with them cos they were also here in the 60s all the way up to the 80s after which they folded until Classic Legends revived the marque!
The bikes are intentionally anachronisms with ancient technology, because that's what the fans want. Mostly the problem with Harley-Davidson is the riders of said Harley-Davidsons. So many of them are absolute asshats.
Freddie your're getting better and better. Thanks for visiting Bike Shed and showing us around ❤
That’s very kind of you to say so, thank you Michal
Great show that one isn't it - shame I couldn't make it this year (although funnily enough Norton didn't invite me!!)....nice to see some familiar faces around. Maybe see you there again next year....
A bad review of a Norton 🤔😀
Oh dear, how sad, never mind. You reap what you sow.....
That's the price of honesty Andy. Carry on telling it like it is though - they need honest feedback even if it is bad.
I'm not on their Christmas card list either 🤣
A sacrifice worth making for honesty....
25:20 I actually detailed this bike prior to the show (and the one heading to America for Biltwell).

Love your enthusiasm and delivery. Great video as always Freddie 👏😀
Freddie, Old man, and Darcy. UK's finest motorcycle UA-camrs.
Missenden Flyer..
Thank you! 🙌🏻
And of course The Wurks keeping Freddie on the road
You do your own thing.. Old man and Darcy are OK. But your doing a good job.

Nice video, was super cool to see Darcy and the Ol man. They are very cool guys.

That CB 750 is one great looking bike! Brown on green!!! The tool role looks perfect on it.

What a great place for a motorcycle show !
With increased ticket prices this year I couldn’t justify visiting, but thanks Freddie for showing us round.
Excellent video! Attending this show is a bucket-list item for sure!
Loved Andrew’s passion! His bike looks amazing!
You do so much for biking in the UK Freddie just by making these amazing videos with Monica. Thanks.

The Bikeshed Show is well worth a visit imo....it pretty much sets the bar for custom motorcycle events in the UK.
Excellent video! We were there also and loved the show.
Great video Freddie … I could not make it this year, but it looks like this show is going from strength to strength ..bike heaven! 👊

Strangely I was more interested in the architecture of the building and its history. What a great use of old space
Verry cool. My bike was heading there, until second gear collided with some, or all of the others.

Love those K series BMW based customs. Something about them that lends a neo-futuristism to any custom despite being from the 80s.
