Exactly the same for me. With Natalie’s guidance I manifested my ex back last summer and my old triggers abs insecurities got the best of me. And the same thing happened in January. But, I will not give up on us. I am 100% committed to myself right now so I can be the best me there is, and then I’m going to focus on him and I together forever

Have you ever used Dr Joseph Murphy’s techniques too? He too was taught by Abdullah, like Neville? Before going to sleep I repeat the phrase “health, wealth, happiness, abundance” and fall asleep to that.
I have all of his books and love his teachings. I'm manifested great things by using the techniques in his books.

Thankyou Natalie. I have been doing these affirmations myself. I have been dipping back into the past and what happened. I gave up and thought he didn't want me. After not seeing him around I met someone and quickly moved to marriage. I ran into the person I really wanted 2 weeks before I was due to be married. He wanted to take me out . I so wanted to but I thought I had to stick with my wedding plans. We are of pension age now we re-met at a funeral the old feelings arose! Age makes no difference. He told me he feels the same . We have managed to see each other over a six year period. I so Want to spend the rest of our lives together. We both have grown up families. I know it would be a massive shift for this to happen. I am ever the Optimist. I try to live in the end stage of all ready having this. I trust and believe in the Universe. I have not shared my thoughts on this to my SP I don't want him to get his running shoes out of mothballs lol.
Pretty much my story only add to the situation we live on the other side of the ‘Pond’ to each other.

The SINGLE most helpful piece of information I’ve found to help the negative talk subside. In the past with other men, when I thought these things, a huge negative weave came over me. But when you said these things about my SP, my soul agreed and rejoiced that someone/something could shut down my ego!

This AM, I woke up to a message from someone stating “YOU are so beautiful, loveable and huggable!” Now, it wasn’t from my ex/SP, but it is clear that my subconscious is doing work! Lol…I just need to continue The Work until he comes back…I truly believe that he will 🙏🏾✨

Thank you Natalie. My ex of over ten years has become "emotionally unavailable" over the last year. Has not moved to another as far as I know but does not call me anymore. She says she has PTSD and no feelings about anything but also says she does not hate me. I like our shared interests and like talking to her more than anyone else. I have been no contact for quite a while. I dont know whether to give up completely or 'hang in'. I have since dated others but don't feel the 'love spark' with them. I am not a player. I just want true love. Should I just give up?

About a month ago I started using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping to tap affirmations into my body to help calm and heal my central nervous system as well, if anyone knows about that or wants to research for themselves...may be faster for the brain to learn and attract...thought I'd share :)
I've done something similar. It's called emdr. Tapping can be involved

I have 2 going right now. "I am my SP's soulmate" and "I am out to breakfast with my SP". That about covers the next few months. I think if she thinks I am her soulmate (I think she is mine so it puts us in agreement) she will shift her life around so we can go out to breakfast at a moment's notice which is all the notice I can give her when I see her on Sundays since I don't have her number to call in advance.

I Hope so. We were so close such a great feeling and connection. Like I did know her before. I wasn’t crazy.
She lives in Europe and we were supposed to meet this summer. And suddenly, she became cold and a bit distant. Texting me less , just few. She used to call me boo or baby . Then nothing , just : hey. Dry.
I’m a busy woman . And so focused on myself. Cause it’s not my first internet bad experience but I still believe in love . May be im wrong and internet relationships are not serious. Cause people have options.

I always say right now E thinks about me constantly and can't let go, right now E feels guilty for hurting me and reaches out to apologize and confess his feelings and right now E is in love forever and always.
Everything helps but it’s about how you choose to think when you’re not doing the work that is important. !
Hi Natalie. Do we hv to feel these affirmations when we say them or script them. What to do if they have always treated you badly. How can we improve our visualisations . Also do we script them every day. I don’t feel like visualise n script bcz I have been trying so long and I feel fed up at times. I just can’t see them ever in positive light in visuals. Obviously I'm not Natalie and she can answer your questions, but mind if I share something? In order for me to believe it, I personally had to put myself in it. For instance, to love myself more I started eating well, working out and putting the actual work into making my career dreams come true. I fell in love with myself, took him off the pedestal and placed myself on it. He did come back and all of those insecurities I had are nonexistent. I had to think it, live it and then I became it and let me tell you when you get there, it radiates off of you and it's extremely magnetic! Good luck. 💗💗💗

You created that. What you just said is what you’re manifesting- it’s that simple. I’m not saying it to be cruel but to try and alert you to the ephinany I just had following her instructions. I wrote down exactly what I perceive the reality to be with mine to be honest and I suddenly saw so clearly that I had manifested it to be how things are- that sucks but the positive news is I’m a great manifester bc that’s what I believe and that’s what I got.
So today I’m changing my story and believing a better one and I have faith it’ll be fast bc I did it the other way without really putting effort in it just came so naturally. Yeah the 3d is gonna be annoying till I see results but I’m just gonna remember “oh yeah I fucking manifested this crap so I’m getting results but all good bc I’ve changed my story now and I’m obviously gonna see the better results real soon now I’ve accepted I manifested it to show up in an undesirable way before and why would I continue doing that to myself?! I need to love myself more than allowing myself to create that shit”
