Anthony Gordon threw for 5600 yards and 48 TDS at WSU in 2019 (Both top 10 in a season all-time). Fun fact, he once had 9 TDs and 570 yards in a loss. The fact he doesn't even make a list like this shows he was truly forgotten
Brandon Doughty and Western Kentucky had a record setting offense. The dude led the NCAA in passing 2 years in a row. It's a shame people don't remember him more.

As a Texas A&M fan, I appreciate the Jerrod Johnson segment. He was the QB that pushed Ryan Tannehill to be a WR for a while. Johnson had a shoulder injury one year that ended up getting him benched and allowed Tannehill to become the starter I met Jerrod briefly at a bar in College Station in 2010, and he was a super nice guy. Very happy that he is on the rise as a coach
As a Miami Hurricanes fan i absolutely *love* Jacory Harris. That night game he led Miami to a win in Tallahassee in like 2008, always remember that game and Harris for that. Love that guy

Jerrod Johnson struggled with interceptions his senior year. After a 3-3 start, he was benched in favor of Ryan Tannehill who led the Aggies to a 9-3 finish. Jerrod had tons of talent and was a first class guy off the field. The interceptions did him in and derailed his career. Tannehill was clearly better so Johnson didn’t get another chance at A&M.
@ yeah he was great. Numbers went down when rice rly took over the backfield, but he still would make highlight reel plays in big moments and make a huge impact in big games. Lot of good big east players in that era that are totally forgotten about because they weren’t nfl stars.

totally agree i've followed college fb for nearly 30yrs and haven't heard any of these players, i guess this channel, just picked a bunch of the most random players he could find so he could make a video for some "content"
If you don't know who any of these players are, then you probably don't follow all of college football. It's okay if you only follow your team or players in your conference, but acting like these guys were not stars is ignorant. These are players who had amazing careers in college. I can understand not hearing about one or two of these guys, but I knew who most of these players were. Unless you're 15, any big time fan of the game who doesn't just live in their teams echo chamber will know alot of these players. I have no problem if people don't know who these players were, my problem is people acting like they didn't have great careers simply because they didn't know who they were.
