Hey there, I hope this video continues to help us calm down. Although we try not to stress ourselves, our minds just run millions of thoughts. I’m just now starting to learn how to stay calm
or 1 minute--Wim Hoff breathing. Four counts in, hold for seven, exhale for eight or more. Do four times, and your body is alkalinized and calm is within
Chibs I have just came upon your videos ans can I say you have one of nicest Personality on UA-cam I could listen to talk all day I'm very with panic attacks but I'm gonna try some of your Amazing videos
I am in a place struggling through a lot of challenges. Thank you so much for guest house poem at the end. Will you consider to develop a meditation leading us to appreciation for our internal organs in details? Thank you very much for your consideration.
I've just been diagnosed with histimine mass cell activation by immunologist. Ive been ill for over 10 years. I was severely traumatised years ago. I don't know if my trauma caused it? I went staight into an early menopause in my 30s Im so tired of trying to make it though the days. If i didn't have someone who i love dearly, depending on me I would have given up years ago.
I’m so sorry to hear about everything you’ve been going through. It sounds like you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, and I admire your strength for making it through each day. I hope my meditations can offer you some relief and peace as you navigate this journey. Sending you love and healing energy 💖🙏
It’s dark because you are trying too hard. Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly. Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply. Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them. I was so preposterously serious in those days, such a humorless little prig. Lightly, lightly - it’s the best advice ever given me. When it comes to dying even. Nothing ponderous, or portentous, or emphatic. No rhetoric, no tremolos, no self conscious persona putting on its celebrated imitation of Christ or Little Nell. And of course, no theology, no metaphysics. Just the fact of dying and the fact of the clear light. So throw away your baggage and go forward. There are quicksands all about you, sucking at your feet, trying to suck you down into fear and self-pity and despair. That’s why you must walk so lightly. Lightly my darling, on tiptoes and no luggage, not even a sponge bag, completely unencumbered. - Aldous Huxley, Island **Thank you Chibs❤️
Needed this , thank you. My anxiety has crept back , leaving me feeling like a prisoner in its cage. Hate it! This calming meditation is the perfect key to help me escape. Thank you ☮️💖💯
I’m so glad this meditation gave you a bit of peace from that anxious feeling. A cage is a great description, I've been there, but you’re doing the right thing by finding ways to calm your mind. Be gentle with yourself ❤️🙏
isabgol, may help with anxiety . Isabgol is a natural polymer that comes from the seeds of the Plantago ovata Forsk. plant. It's often taken as a powder with water to relieve constipation. It can also be added to food to increase fiber content Uses: Take it with warm milk or water, preferably before bed It helps with my anxiety i feel relaxed after drinking isabgol with Milk . Do some research about it
@@julies570 The symptoms I get are all to do with anxiety. I don't get the sniffles etc, though I do get rashes. I found out through trial and error. I now eat a very low histamine diet and it has really helped.
What do you do when you're going through Benzodiazepam withdrawals and the anxiety won't switch off and constantly rolls through the body which is increasing the nerve pain?
Robyn perhaps learn about polyvagal theory, Deb Dana, Dr. Stephen Porges for learning to relax the vagus nerve. It is a nerve system that wanders throughout the body. It might help to also look for meditations with music and binaural beats. Try different modalities to support your body and mind to learn new methods of release of anxiety. Be kind to yourself in your thought.
Robyn you could look online for others who are going through withdrawal. I was helped with tapering off antidepressants this way. Baylissa Frederick comes to mind as well, she has a website and has written a book. Keep going and good luck, healing from psychiatric drugs is definitely possible 🤗
This is so typical for people who are lucky enough to feel well in life and with no real experience with mental illness, they say just do a short light meditation of only 40 min..... It is completely impossible if you feel really bad 100% impossible.. it is even hard to do 40 in the beginning when your life is tiptop
I get it-40 minutes can feel like a lot! Even just a few minutes of deep breathing or grounding exercises can make a difference if you’re short on time. 😊 All my quicker meditations are on this playlist ua-cam.com/play/PL27pz7eIObbgCOsb0Rd5Ex_RQICEnvB3F.html&si=rVYFVnzhEMhlo2SB
Need to keep doing them. When you get up in the morning, and before you go to sleep at night. If you have something happen in the middle of day just take a deep breath in and out slowly and feel where you’re holding that anxiety. Is it in your shoulders? Is it in your stomach? Be aware and then relax those parts. You keep doing this daily and overtime you will feel better. But you’ll still need therapy, a good one, to help release the trauma you’re hanging onto.

Anyone suffering from anxiety might want to look into histamine intolerance. Game changer for me.
What are the symptoms?
How did u find out?

I guess these meditations won't have much effect on your nervous system if you're dealing with childhood trauma? 🤦🏼♂️😖
