Hey I can’t seem to get pressure back in my clutch no matter how much i bleed it. Everything looks fine i already double checked everything but can’t seem to get the clutch working again. Any suggestions i can do? Thank you
Got done installing my Z1 flywheel 6 puck disc &. Press. Plate also deleted csc to pull type solo in my garage drove it most evening and jacked it back up to inspect leaks all looking well! Will highly suggest everyone doing this to get rear crank shaft seal and all new bolts for flywheel, pressure plate & trans to engine bolts. Took 2 week process due to waiting on the seal & bolts. I was looking at the bolts removed and the threadings looked worn had nightmares of this happening.. when bolt gets torqued over time from vibration they get worn specially after extraction unless it’s those special racing bolts
Definitely stiffer clutch system but amazed how quickly the response is feel like there’s no lose on revs when shifting I heard I still have to break it in and gotta get use to the chattering lol
Yeah I have the rev matching, umm not that I have picked up on. I’ll have a look when I drive it next hahaha didn’t really cross my mind cause it just felt normal
Okay good haha! because when I do my clutch I want a lighter flywheel as well and was worried I’d have to figure out how to get it retuned or something. How was the revhang with the flywheel you got?
Honestly I wish I got the lightest flywheel, I got a Midweight flywheel so it’s definitely better than stock dmf but I think the lightest flywheel would be a huge change.
@torvarrisevans7846 if it’s more daily than drag strip and you dont mind a loud transmission a light flywheel will be better than midweight. Stock -> midweight is a mid difference. Stock -> lightweight is big difference. But I wish I did go a light flywheel hahah. Maybe next set up I will
@@HustleGarageTV thank you , so have you driven both before to experience the difference, and how was it like to drive a 14lbs flywheel compared to the midnight
@torvarrisevans7846 I haven’t driven both, gauging on my midweight flywheel difference from the stock one, the lightweight would’ve been the better option for me. Midweight is still a huge difference compared to stock flywheel don’t get me wrong, but a lightweight would be a lot bigger of a difference

Bench bleed the master cylinder then bleed the system again. No pressure with no signs of leaks = air in the system

How does the 6 puck feel? And agreed to everything you mentioned!

@kappa8767 interesting, how’s the engagement? Harsh bite? Been interested in seeing how the 6 puk clutches feel
Do you have syncro or rev-matching? If so, did the lighter flywheel cause it to over rev when down shifting?

Good to know… awesome video man I’ll be using it when i install mine!
@@elinoble8936 no worries bro, thank you heaps for watching! 🫡
How does this feel compared to stock?
So much better, better engagement, heavier feel, linear feel, revs up quicker
@@HustleGarageTV How is the noise/chatter?
Like any other lightweight for this car 😂 loud
@@HustleGarageTV It would be good to hear how loud it is.
@fernandohood5542 I’ll show it in the next video I upload hahah
Would you recommend light weight fly wheel or mid weight for drag and street racing
Is it a full time race car or daily/street car
@@HustleGarageTV it’s a daily but I love taking it to the drag strip and street races

Yo I’m thinking about buying this clutch would you recommend it?
Yes I do recommend. I beat on this thing everytime I drive and it holds up really well
Why didn’t you replace the rear main seal while you were in there? I
Yeah look tbh I should’ve while I was there hahah
@@HustleGarageTVthe bolt that broke. Was it a brand new one or did you reuse it? Just out of curiosity
@@v36lou was a reused bolt. But I bought the new ARP bolts
not long now until you can drive the beast again and wear in the new parts 😎
Super close now! Just new fluids in and ready to roll
@@HustleGarageTV gonna feel like a new car again
It will once I fix it 🥲
