More IgG4 evidence post mRNA shots + some good news (IgG4 part 9, update 119)

- The latest evidence showing the production of IgG4 antibodies in mRNA vaccinated further supports the constantly observed phenomenon that mRNA vaccinated individuals are highly likely to produce IgG4 antibodies as early as after 2 shots, and enhanced further after the booster. The discussed preprint also supports the prior observation that adenovirus-based vaccines do not lead to IgG4 production as observed post mRNA injection. The good news is shared in that it appears that IgG4 antibody levels start dropping after 6 months post the booster (3rd mRNA injection). This study also confirms the prior observation that memory B cells responsible for the production of IgG4 antibodies also start appearing approximately 6 months after the 2nd shot.

I definitely agree that we should have inquiries with regards to our regulatory processes to ensure that if shortcomings were present, we fix these issues. Some people were fooled, and deserve compassion. A lot of people were arrogant and unwilling to listen and attacked those who tried to help. I have one really good friend who went completely cold shoulder. Won't respond to any form of communication, just because she was pro vax and couldn't believe the Ministry of Health would intentionally hurt people. The thing is they have done no research, to justify their position of "safe and effective", yet on the flip side there is so much evidence of foul pay, medical malfeasance, and worse, intentional killing, which they say is ethical.

As a doctor I was sceptical about Covid shots from the beginning based on prior knowledge of unsuccessful research into SARSCOV vaccines in primates together with the lack of proper safety testing of mRNA 'vaccines'.
As a UK health worker I was forced to get vaccinated to continue working so after consideration I opted for the AZ adenovirus based vaccine as this at least had extensive research behind it. Fortunately I did not experience any of the extremely rare thrombotic complications following two doses.
Once the Omicron variant emerged in S Africa it was clear this was a game changer and infection with it would be highly unlikely to cause severe illness and would confer better immunity than mRNA vaccines. Accordingly I declined any 'booster' shots expecting to eventually catch Omicron which I did in January 2021 and had a mild cold for around 4 days. I have refused any further vaccinations and have had no issues since.
I am very concerned that the emergency use authorisation for mRNA vaccines has not expired and that mass immunisation with these shots is still taking place under an EUA.
You didn't need to be a doctor to understand under tested medical interventions are dangerous.

We were all lied to about LNP tech by mRNA labs.... I'm very annoyed I recommened to my family and others based on lies. There's nothing we can do now but learn from our mistakes. I am sick of hearing anti-vax nutballs wax lyrical about how everyone but them are now deemed dumb/brainwashed/doomed. We all made the best descisions with the information we had, people in medicine and elsewhere who looked into this were outright lied to by what should have been trusthworthy auithorties. I suppose on the bright side eventually this technology (might eventually) cure more cancers than it creates....

On Christmas Day, my GF and I spent 7 hours visiting, eating, and chatting with about 17 people who are all fully vaccinated. At least 8 of them are either currently sick with covid or just getting over it.
One guy who is also fully vaccinated and recently boosted tested positive for covid on the 23rd, so chose to stay home/missed the party. (???)
Neither of us have had any vaccines at all.
As of this morning, neither of us have any symptoms whatsoever.
During the early days of the pandemic, thafact of the matter is 99% of those +c19 recovered and 1% died. And, another fact of the matter is those 99% were normal healthy people and that 1% who died were those with chronic comorbidities.
So, what is the fuss about c19? And, why healthy people need c19 vaccines and booster?

There's a new study from Austria, which shows that people who took a 4th shot have a higher risk to get infected with covid than people who only took 3 shots. Apparently, the booster only reduces risk of infection for 3 months, but then in the following 6 months after that causes this increase of risk compared to people who "only" took 3 shots. That fits in with these IgG4 studies. While you mentioned the good news of the IgG4 levels going down again 6 months after the 3rd shot, that won't be the case for the people who keep running for numero 4 and 5 and 6 and... Their IgG4 levels would then probably just remain elevated or eventually go through the roof. No wonder, they have a higher risk of infection with covid now, and also other illnesses.

I acquired ITP after Moderna vaccine in 2021. Platelets have been decreasing ever since. Doctors are useless in stopping this autoimmune response. The fatigue is debilitating. I was so healthy before the shot.

It seems like it affected more active people more, ironically. And the athletes who keep dying are continually testing their limits. One can only guess at how many people have heart damage and don't know it and won't know it until they're doing something strenuous, possibly years from now.

I won’t vax but have had Covid three times and each time I’ve come out with more fatigue and neurological quirks but any strenuous exercise feels like I’m pumping jellow through my veins. I often think about how hard the athletes push themselves through and believe they encounter the problems they do from the spike protein and in many cases they get it from the vax.

I am so sad. I trusted and got vaxed 2x whilst pregnant 😢 then booster afterwards. If I knew then what I know now, would have never vaccinated 😢 I’m worried I will die of cancer, my daughter is only two. I do not want to leave her 😢 SO upset by everything that has happened. I am doing everything I can to eat/live healthy…(fasting, eating the rainbow -organic- mild exercise, relaxation, red light, detox etc) what else can I do?
@@lornayeo3303 I believe you are doing great with what you are doing. You can also make sure to watch your vitamin D3+K2, Vitamin C, Zinc and Magnesium levels(Take supplements if you are deficient). Also incorporate fasting or intermittent fasting. Most of all please pray and repent to God for trusting in man instead of Him. Do not be anxious or fear because it is robbing you of fully enjoying your life. God Bless and you will be fine.

Last I checked the Australian data Cancer was not seeing a dramatic rise and in fact the trend has been continuing with more people surviving their Cancers. Actually the "what I've heard" in this case, is the best defense and life preservation going forward. Studies are skewed, selective, withheld and in some cases not performed as promised. Or a case where the "V" was studied, but a different version was used on the public. And again, supposedly post marketing trial data wasn't released as promised.
This debate can go on forever, bottom line, intellectually honesty approach, ...any study, trial, data that hinders billions in profits, obviously wasn't disclosed, or improperly disclosed and/or restricted.
Again, this can go back and forth forever.
The REAL bottom line for the world truth is in autopsies. Guaranteed. Autopsies are public knowledge. If unbiasedly performed, the world will become faint upon seeing the results. They will speak for themselves. 😢

I too am Very fascinated by the vagus nerve considering how many car accidents I've been in and the neck issues I've sustained! My theory about this spike protein stuff is that it targets and enhances our weakest spots in our bodies especially for those who have a compromised immune system. It's just a hunch. The trouble is that the medical establishment will continue to deny any new evidence because it would mean they’d have to admit to their monumental, destructive, arrogant blunder. They’re going to avoid taking responsibility as long as they possibly can.
This seems to have been a worldwide trial, without informed consent. With increasing information being discovered, particularly about what is unknown, it would be prudent to avoid any further vaccination.

Not sure as I don't know enough about the topic. Currently working on an article with a group of scientists on pseudouridines and the discussion included the topic of how such slip errors occur in cancers possibly to evade our immune system detection. I think we need deeper safety studies than what we went with so far
It would be interesting to see confirming data that the same protection from IgG4 occurs when the Janssen vaccine was the original dose prior to infection as well as whether the durability of the protection from the initial adenovirus vaccination against IgG4 extends past multiple boosters.

You do know the IgG4 is as neutralising as IgG1? Also, how do you know that the IgG4 is against the spike protein? Also IgG4 can exchange FAB arms, thus can bind to two antigens at the same time. IgG4 against bee venom is found in beekeepers.
Yes IgG4 can cause problems if they get into solid organs. My hypothesis based on evidence is that the IgG4 is not just against the spike protein (if it was then it would be found after the AstraZeneca and J&J vaccines) but against a potential allergen in the vaccine, particularly Polyethylene Glycol which is a known allergen.
Marek, how about GVB assertion that eventually the virus will be forced to mutate to specifically defeat those IGG4 Antibodies. Could you please comment on it?

Just studied that and I am involved in another article on pseudouridines. So the angle of thought I was introduced to by fellow scientists is that this frameshifting could help with immune evasion (something like confusing the immune system from properly recognizing legitimate threats)

Thanks Mero, today I began my treatment for antibodies for my kidney transplant which is allegedly going to be similar or the same for those suffering with effects of long covid/shot. IVIG two day's in a row. Today was 4-5 hours, no side effects, feeling fine if anyone is curious and will require this in the future. I'd be happy to answer any questions about how it affects me. So what are the IgG4 keying on? Is it part of the spike which has a known corresponding match to part of the body? Or does it vary?
These are triggerred by the spike protein. But as I mentioned in the previous video, spike protein can mimic certain shapes of our own proteins too. That means some IgG4s could be targeting own proteins if such mimcry area was an epitope targeted by the immune system

It depends on how much of IgG4s are required to start perturbing the immune systems ability to detect cancer. A collaborative effort on how IgG4s could contribute to cancer has been submitted for publication but this is why I recommend we carefully monitor the situation. My hope is that these will not be around long enough to lead to harm but that's just hope without supporting evidence. We know that IgG4 can play a role in cancer but little is still known on this topic

If you go to the CDC website, you will see that it still says the C19 test were based on a partial isolate...not a complete one. The German Doc who created the test filled in the missing bits with short sequences from eight old corona virus from the flu library. If you ever had any of those old flu's and have dead bits of just one or more....you're going to test positive. It doesn't mean you have active virus and it doesn't mean you're sick. The test was used to sell the vax through fear.

I am so sad. I trusted and got vaxed 2x whilst pregnant 😢 I was so hesitant and so worried but my sister (doctor ) was working in hospital with many pregnant women dying from covid at the time -she was so distraught and said best to vaccinate) I had one booster afterwards. The first thing, do not succumb to worry! Why waste your precious energy (reducing its access to be used in the immune system improvement), the exact opposite is needed! Positive energy! First of all, you are a mother and you are young! Your body just went through the most amazing achievement the human body can attain: created a new healthy baby! Your body was in a peak mode of performance to achieve that. Have you ever thought that your vaccination might have boosted your baby's chance of protection from infections? That would be a huge bonus to the baby! Or how about protecting you at the most dangerous stage of the pandemic, when you said other pregnant women were dying? That means perhaps your and your sister's wisdom ensured your baby can even be with us now. Age is ultimately the biggest factor influencing negative health outcomes, and you must be young. Again, peak performance. One of the studies we already filmed, the longest presence was more than 1.5 years post last shot. No clinical symptoms thus far have been reported by any of the studies I read on elevated IgG4s in mRNA vaccinated
