IgG4 + surprise theory of Galectin 3 (IgG4 part 8, update118)

  • Latest evidence showing the production of IgG4 antibodies in mRNA vaccinated with interesting information on vaccinated individuals on immunosuppressive compounds that finally open the door to understanding how these surprise side effects post mRNA shots are similar to IgG4-related diseases. This also opens the door to a very interesting and unusual theory of why we might see this effect, namely that part of the spike protein resembles one of the proteins in our bodies which might also account for prior cytokine storms seen in the unvaccinated.

    As someone who got igG4 Related Disease approximately 2 weeks after getting a Moderna jab, I find these videos very helpful. I have been to 2 rheumatologists and other associated specialists and none of them are interested in understanding why this happened to me, only how to treat it.
    When you get an autoimmune condition that is trying to kill you, I want to know why this happened, especially when I was told the vaccine was safe and effective.
    Please continue this research, I need to know.

      Everything you were told was with an asterisk*
      They were only recommendations, it was the the best option we had at the time. If you got corona or would be much worse.
      All the marketing was to get you to take the poison.
      Calling it a vaccine was the most deceptive trickery, many people were swayed by calling this psuedovirus a vaccine.

    I’m glad that these correlations are still being observed and question by a few scientists. Unfortunately as time goes on, most of the affected are already dead. And some of the current cancers will never be fully understood and associated as a result of the shot. The lack of free thinkers is not helping the new generation of doctors to freely practice medicine.😢

      That's very true about younger generations doctors. Obviously want to stagnate being the most advanced countries in medicine. Drugs that may work or not, and back to selling all kinds snake oils as solutions AGAIN, besides the already quite legalized non medical purposes grave robbing. All while ongoing increasing overall degeneration of health of minds and bodies. If I didn't know better, sarcasm, are seriously out to create the authentic Zombie apocalypse. I already know that it is, it's what I've been living for over thirteen years ago. Literally the Zombies Twilight Zone. It's the all about the ZOMBIES, and can't penetrate the mental egoism narcissism blindness barrier that have acquired, can't reason with at ALL, no matter if talking normally, seemingly nice and friendly and understanding everything that you say, but it's also part of the narcissistic deception game that playing, no matter what do as Zombies to harm and kill others. I already learned that years ago. Victimhood is always the excuse, but sane mental health doctors know how many terrible traumatic experiences can happen to people, but that doesn't affect sense of reason in the sane. For example, war survivors.

      I saw via Dr. John Campbell's UA-cam channel(I wish I could remember which video it was he interviewed...)that there was a discovery out of Germany on autopsied cadavers where they found an unusual long white substance formed in the arteries from mRNA vaccinated patients. There were pictures of it. There were also findings from live patients that their blood plasma, when reduced in temperature after refridgerated, formed what seemed to be a cottony white substance as if it were a wet cotton ball floating on the top part of the vial of blood. It was quite fascinating yet quite scary knowing that we were injected with something that wasn't properly tested. Maybe stopping eating tasty chocolaty sugary treats might make us feel better?

      Geert vd Bossche was talking more about the development of the virusvariants and about the fact that by vaccination many (vaccinated) people worldwide have not trained their innate immunesystem. By pressure on the virus globally, the virus that escaped the neutralization had, in order to survive, adapt itself: first by changing into a more infectious dominant variant of Omicron and later while we were going on with the vaccinations and getting even more pressure on the virus, by adapting into a more harmful and far more deadly dominant variant of Omicron. GvdB predicts for the near future a deadly variant which he calls HIVICRON, with desastreus consequences.

    Considering there were classic, vector and MRNA all in the same time seems like it was not exactly special.

    Thank you for breaking this down for us It's an interesting theory which seems very viable. So the premise of the difference between the mRNA vaccine and an infection is that the mRNA's just produce more spike? What about the fact that the vaccines use PEG? I work with a population that has a lot of allergy/antibody driven responses to it. That's not entirely unusual in the general population either. It's derived from petroleum and our bodies probably don't like it much. I've learned from the community I work with that cross and combo reactions are on the increase.

    Thank you for explaining a complex analysis in such simple terms. It would appear to be a perfect storm in that by addressing the issues of one, perhaps through medicine or diet, the other is encouraged. I wonder if there might be a genetic marker that would indicate who is most vulnerable? If there is, it might well support the theory proposed by Stephen Gundry - which I am not terribly familiar with and have some misgivings about - but I gather, crudely, that his proposition is based upon the idea that certain families have a genetic predisposition to sensitivity to lectins, thereby, I assume, causing an overproduction of galectin 3. I do know he is largely dismissed, but then so were those who preceded him by several decades and there was good sense in some of their suggestions. I tend to agree with Hippocrates and, to some extent, the old wives because their views were based upon experience and observation, more than a boardroom deal. I'd assume a pectin rich addition to the diet would help to reduce Galentin 3 - apples, citrus fruits, rhubarb springing to mind -[ not rhubarb if suffering kidney or liver trouble though.] I have no idea how that would impact IgG4, if it would make any difference at all.
    I apologise, and I do understand the view that these vaccines were an example of great scientific endeavour, but for myself, I see the speed with which they were delivered into the population in somewhat different terms. If there is a great scientific endeavour in this respect, it should be attributed to those who perceive the problem caused and resolve it - or at least try to.

I do agree with you in that sugars do seem to play a prominent role in the entire covid issue. Perhaps a number of factors work together, though, yes, I have a query around ''lectins'' [in food] because I am not at all sure it is those that inspire the apparent sensitivity and not the way the food is produced - or if that is a factor at all. We should all worry less about being wrong and more about contributing - something one day may provide the final key. And yes, the speed of the vaccine productive was both impressive and very seductive, if more than a little alarming at the same time, but also ingenious if truly virgin work. Getting so caught up in the details that you forget the whole…body. Imo, when you start supplying the body with more chemicals, you end messing with homeostasis, as well as adding more chemicals when side effects occur while your body tries to stabilize. Cancer research is all about this. And somehow it never ends up being a cure. if sars covid9 was man-made & the vaccine was man-made and all the treatments are man-made, it still seems like we’re lost in the bubble of a chemical soup that ends in polypharmacy, not a cure.

    There’s some +1 frameshift ribosomal slippage in mRNA vaxxed as well. This slippage causes the production of off target spike antibody proteins that are structurally different from a non ribosomal slippage spike antibody. This most likely induces some form of autoimmune response which through biomimicry targets your own cardiac, liver, lung, brain, and blood coag/clotting proteins in approximately 33% of subjects observed both in animal and human models. This study also compared with ChAdOx1, BNT/pfizer, and unvaxxed animal models indicating an immunological response when introduced to +1 frameshift spike antibodies (specifically IFN gamma).

We need more data. But the finding is very unwelcome news nevertheless

      @Merogenomics can't wait to watch your next video. You did an amazing job, and thank you for all your content. I specifically work on all different types of vaccines but I can't really say where. However, the good news is that there is a proposed solution to this problem from the Frontier publication. From what I understood, the solution seems to focus on implementing various non coding sequences as spacers directly into the mRNA. This would in theory act as a "ribosomal frameshift oscillator/modulator" of some sort, what I mean by that is imagine a computer processing logical computations as an analogy to the ribosome processing information and computing that into 3D shapes. If the CPU handles too many tasks similar to mRNA being overwhelmed by the "unnatural" configuration of n methylpseudouridylation across the entire mRNA sequence. Eventually, the CPU will reach an overload peak where it freezes, stutters, lags, and ultimately crashes. This could be seen as a good metaphor to what happens when too many n methyl pseudouridines overwhelm the ribosomal processing unit, resulting in frameshift slippage. An oscillator would act as a buffering matrix to allow processing of sequential mrna to be read without "overheating." Definitely seems like a potential solution, in my opinion. What's your take on this or perhaps your next video most likely will discuss these points.

    How long after mrna vaccinattion does igg4 stay elevated?

    • @justinduffer9500
      @justinduffer9500 5 місяців тому +1

      All we know is that it's elevated in most after 6 months post-v, I believe. We don't know if it'll go down over time or not. Mine was elevated when I first tested about a year ago. Tested 2 months ago and I had reduced it by 20 points or so. Still slightly elevated though. I think the reduction came from weekly fasting, diet and the supplements I take.

    I have not had any covid vaccinations and my blood results showed a raised IGG4 and abnormal lfts. I did get covid beginning of 2022.
    Could that also trigger the igg4?
    I only found this result because I have been having digestive issues and found that I was deficient in two main enzymes trypsin and chymotrypsin, that lead me to a pancreatic professor who found I have pancreas division through MRI.
    Now he is sending me to have a EUS and duodenal biopsy to look for IGG4.
    So my question is could unvaccinated be affected from the shedding and spike protein when they get covid naturally?
    I am so scared 😢

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  5 місяців тому +4

      Do not be scared, this can be well managed and it seems that your doctor is proceeding thoroughly. Yes, IgG4-related diseases have been documented post COVID to my understanding as well, so it can depend on individual circumstances. Let's hope this is a transient event due to presentation of too much spike protein but overtime these levels will subside but there are interventions available to lower the levels anyway. Please stay positive and be kind to your health (ie. push the barrier of practicing healthy living even further)

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  5 місяців тому +4

      Yes, mRNA vaccinated who were not infected prior to vaccination probably should avoid re-infections which appear to be boosting IgG4 levels. Ideally everyone else would diminish the chance of any re-infection as clearly the complexity of the spike protein is vast in what it could be doing in our bodies

    what supplements or actions would you suggest to someone that was vaccinated years ago?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  5 місяців тому +4

      You need to try thinking outside the box though. I agree, antigen is long time gone, but the programming of the immune system, and its consequences might not be. This is where I would still consider attempting to improve the situation. But we would need proper science to know for sure

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  5 місяців тому +13

      First, I would improve the quality of life to the highest level of owns skills. Healthy lifestyle is linked to better immune system. So improved diet, exercise, sleep, etc. For mRNA vaccinated I would really consider looking into how to improve the innate immune system. I am interested in studying information in that direction (and I don't have answers yet except the videos I already posted). I would be investigating IgG4s to make sure these are in safe zone because if they are not, there might be consequences that require attention. For supplements, I would investigate vitamin levels and make sure they are in a normal range zone. And right now, as I am studying the vagus nerve, I would want to ensure that is working properly, and I am prepping for a video on how best to investigate that. Hope this helps, but overall, live healthy, and be joyous (this also I believe is important to our well being including the immune system)

      @@Merogenomics I agree with you and have said the same myself many times, especially where cultivating a positive outlook is concerned. Modern farming practices and shortcomings in the food supply chain do make finding a genuinely 'good' source of nourishment difficult and not everyone can grow their own - I give away most of what I grow for that reason.
      I use plant supplements, such are cultivated in areas of my garden, as tea, as tinctures, as ointments. It is a practice established in childhood, over half a century ago in a remote Highland area where doctors were not the first port of call if the cupboard had something that would alleviate the problem, and so feels familar for me but may be odd for people not culturally or educationally used to the notion. Generally, if it is a plant that we have been taught is a weed, chances are it possesses health benefits - nettles especially. We were not designed to live within the complex structures we have created so it stands to reason we would be weakened by them. Perhaps having our hands in soil is what brings the greatest benefit of all.
      I think your advice is exactly what people should follow - it can do no harm, and is far more likely to improve an individual's health and perspective, regardless of vaccination status. It is a great pity more in scientific and medical fraternity do not actively suggest it during these discussions.

      Hi Duncan. Rimming/ tossing the salad is posited as a safer way to be intimate with your partner than kissing. Kissing is assuredly a no-no. This can pose problems if you've just met a partner or want to affectionately greet someone, but more and more people are open to it. All the best.
