What time do you guys wake up?
Right now, I have been lucky enough as a teacher to wake up at 6:50 am but most years it would need to be more like 6am.

My daughter like clockwork wakes me up at 7am and I'm actually really glad because one I get more time to spend with my love bug but also it's kinda forces me ro get my workout in first thing in the morning and I start everyday off with a clear mind and just knowing I moved my body puts me in a more motivated mood to get more done around the house. Before her I would oversleep and feel so fatigued so waking up early has definetly been a game changer for me. After this video i decided I'm going to put in the work to do Journaling I think it will be very therapeutic for me so thank you katie!!

Slowly starting to start planning to wake up earlier in the morning. I really want to incorporate a time of just reflection while enjoying coffee or the presence of a loved one!

I always look forward to these video's! They inspire me to keep up with my routine. I usually try to wake up at six start drinking my water! and read a devotional and spend time with God before I get my workout in. So excited for it to be warm enough here in Pennsylvania, I also love having my devotional time outside in the morning. Can be so peaceful, and with coffee...best self care ever 💕

I wake up at 6am, workout then head to work! I love having a morning routine and doing my workouts in the morning helps with being motivated the rest of the day!

You are doing great. I really struggle to be a morning person. I can easily stay up till midnight but getting up early is a huge challenge. I have been trying really hard this yr to get up and workout first thing. So I focus on the 80 /20 rule

I don't have a full morning routine as yet but yesterday I woke up at 7:30 and see what I did and how it took for each so I can plan how I want my mornings to go. So as of right now, it's like this:
7:30-7:40 wake up; write in journal
7:40-7:50 make bed; pack books for school
7:50-7:55 brush teeth; wash face
7:55- 8:00 light yoga
8:00- 8:05 put on uniform; make sure everything is together
Honestly, I am so proud of myself that I did all of that.
Today I fell short and woke up at 8:00 because I stayed up a little too late watching Netflix but I'm working on it.

I recently read that there are some vitamins that you can’t take with the levothyroxine. They slow the effectiveness. Coffee also does this. Great content!

Morning routine goals! I have a terrible habit of staying up late, sleeping in, and then just scrolling on my phone in bed after waking up. 😬
It can be a hard habit to break, but give it a try- no phone for the first 20 minutes. It's the best :)
Oh my goodness that sounds like a dream morning for me!! I wish I had the luxury of being able to do all that. I have to get up at 545 am just to go to my job as a nurse. That would be the life I tell ya.

Is it better to drink room temperature water instead of iced water? I read a few years back that if you drink it cold your body will expend some calories trying to warm it up once you drink it.
I drink either or! Drinking water either way is great!
Hey lady, you're supposed to wait at least 45 min to an hour before ingesting anything but water after taking your medicine. If you drink your celery juice too soon, it'll impact how the thyroid medication is absorbed. Just something to keep in mind so the medication has its full effect. :)
