I am so envious of the morning routine. You are so wonderful! One thing I will say though, as an Esthetician, put your moisturizer on after your oil. Moisturizer is meant to seal everything in. Love this video! How about a new nighttime routine video? When I first wake up I drink a large glass of water with 2 T of apple cider vinegar. I used to add lemon juice to my water, then I went back to plain water and now I add the ACV. Then I have my coffee and start my day.

I usually wake up around 6:30/7!! Depends on the day :)
You motivated me to foam roll! My quads were so sore, the foam rolling hurts so good!
Foam rolling is the best! Helps so much for the next day soreness.

Hi Yadira! I usually rinse out my hair with water pretty quickly after working out to get the sweat out. It helps a ton :)
