What a unique workout, I loved doing this! I think it's so important that you included the flexibility part as well, ballet teachers often miss this and think students are not holding their muscles enough if they are not completely turned out

I personally think that you should try to do those exercises daily + one rest day, but if you don't have time maybe try every two days so like you said around 4 times a week - I hope this is helpful ~
Mobility exercises can and should be done everyday if you want to see fast improvements. On the other hand there are some flexibility exercises which are more taxing on the muscles, and the routine is moderately long. A rest day is also advised if you don't get plenty of sleep. For this reason, I recommend anything between 4 and 7 days a week. 5 is really good, 6 if you get good rest, 7 if you get excellent rest. If you're not a professional, anything over 8 hrs of sleep is really good. If you're a professional and workout several hours a day, 8 hrs are sufficient but not great. Also depends on age. If you're already fully grown up, your body has the best regeneration ability. If you're not grown up and over 30 you definitely need your body to rest for longer. In summary: 5x a week is a safe bet.

In my experience as a teacher for 10 years, this great exercises sometimes need to be supplemented with a routine suited to your own body and its natural alignment to yield optimal results. Amazing, but can you answer this question that I've been wondering - If we walk naturally with our feet pointing more or less forwards and our knees and hips naturally follow this process - how is it good for people who do ballet to train and train for a ' turnout ' where their feet are pointing to the sides? Is this good for their ankle, knee and hip joints? I can see how dedicated dancers are, but wouldn't it be better for their bodies to dance in a natural position and not with their feet turned out at a 90 degree angle? This is why these muscle exercises are important for your turnout, because otherwise you can sprain your knees and ankles. As for the turnout- ballet isn‘t ballet without it, otherwise it would be contemporary dance. All the ballet steps are based on turnout
Hey Masha, any tips for having a good turnout while standing??? Everything looks fine when i sit or lay down with legs in plié. While doing floor exercises I have a good turnout… but when i stand for example at the barre and i have barely 45 degrees of turnout… when i hold my back, abs and tailbone properly :(
