What you eat , quantity, portions, what food... like a sample day of a ballerina's eating. Could be a very fun video, and now is the only opportunity to record something like that as usually days are way too busy and meals would be more random and outside home.

Hello! Not Maria, but I think I can help. The floor she has is most probably a linoleum square and it is the same material most dance studio floors are covered in. You can buy it online almost anywhere, it's quite cheap, obviously depending on the size

Подскажите, пожалуйста, почему опускаясь на пятки в шестой позиции, вы как будто слегка прогибаете поясницу, так что от таза и выше корпус находится не над пятками а чуть впереди стоп. В этом есть какой-то специальный смысл или просто личная особенность?
