I do the avocado and egg on toast and I do the avocado and peanut butter on toast so so so fulfilling a courses don't taste like mashed potatoes and gravy it's a bland taste but the best thing about it it makes your body feels good
And here I am in a calorie deficit, only being able to eat 1400 calories on days that I don't work out 😅 but honestly drinking more helped me stay less hungry!
