I stopped trying to reach out to hiring managers. They don’t answer unless they’re a super small company that no one really wants to work at, so they don’t get much messages. Also you can do easy apply and upload a new resume each time. That’s what I do.

In general, separators are ok. But in your case, it wouldn't make sense to combine the two since it would hurt your SEO and they aren't related. I would pick one job you want to get
