ATTENTION EVERYONE ON STEP 4 : if the control panels with the maps don’t spawn on messages 1-3 just wipe with your team and it will spawn in. It’s a bug that’s going on with the panels not spawning in so just wipe and hopefully that will fix it. Wiping worked for me and my team doing the quest 👍

Definitely. Clovis Bray and Braytech lore is so interesting and the exo facilities are beautiful. Going from the frozen wasteland of Europa to a beautiful high-tech facility from the past is great.
It wouldn't work, they would have had to take Banshee-44 away from the tower and possibly make a new vender to take his place and that's too much work for bungo
Idk how but after the second secret chest step, i was able to go back to orbit, go back into the dungeon with the same checkpoint, shot the last 2 panels you showed, and then went to the second chest again and shot the panels in the order you did and it somehow worked for getting the class item.
The first secret chest is bugged if you're in a fire team only one person can open it to fix this you have to wipe and then go back and open the chest. so if one person opens it you gotta wipe for the next person then wipe again for the next person
If you do the quest up to the class item part on one character and then enter the code for the class item and then collect it, you can switch to other classes to obtain the class item with the checkpoint ofc, just tried it with a friend and it worked :)
I picked the messages that counted retroactively (i picked up the messages basically backwards LOL) and had already looted the chest this week before ingot to step 9 - i guess i have to wait until reset for loot to be back in it to complete step 9
There is a bug that occurred to a few people I know and I believe it's happens when you do the steps in the wrong order. When you need to find the second set of messages at step 6, the panels don't spawn at all. There is no way to fix this except waiting for Bungie to acknowledge it I believe (enjoy waiting 6 months for a fix...) so I'd make sure to do this in order with the same fireteam
I'm perma stuck at step 6 now which really sucks. We've tried many things to fix it but we can't get it to work. - I solo'd the first encounter from fresh and the panels didn't spawn - We cleared the first encounter fresh and got the chest and back tracked to the panels and they weren't there - We loaded from the checkpoint after first encounter and they didn't spawn
@@saintgopher Yes. This sucks. There is potentially one way to fix it but we haven't been able to find anyone with these circumstances. I would guess if someone else is on step 5 (properly on step 5, without skipping any steps), they clear the first encounter (preferably without anyone who has a bugged step). Then, while alone (or without anyone with the bugged step again), go get the chest to progress to step 6. Then they backtrack to the panels (alone) and I would imagine that the panels show normally for them. When the panels show, the bugged people could join and do the puzzle as normal.
For my team that did it out of order the panels didn’t spawn but the data slates that have the messages do so maybe go look and see if you can collect those???
If there are still people experiencing the issue with step 6, What i did, and only this worked for me, I started a fresh run solo, and after the 1st encounter (solo) the numbers were visible,

i have a problem where when I get to the second chest room I can't do anything except grab operator and shoot 3 panels before it locks up I have the 7th step of the quest that says to grab the second chest but there's no prompt, entering any numbers doesn't work, and as such I can't get the class item or get the ice breaker caty I thought it was the 4 panels that you have to shoot in the dungeon that was locking me out but all of those are activated and so I'm convinced the chest is bugged for me or there's something so specific that I missed that's keeping it locked.

This has been the worst dungeon quest I have ever done. It's buggier than on-launch Duality was and I hate it so much. The guide is immaculate and easy to follow as always, though. Just a nightmare to get the dungeon instance to work right.
Still kinda disappointed the exotic for the dungeon was Icebreaker. Now dont get me wrong it's cool to have it back but its such a shame we wont get an exotic thats themed around the dungeon like past ones.
What if and hear me out there is a Secret Triumph for running the entire Dungeon with a complete set of Bray Armor. Remember the first door you enter where it says that there is something wrong with you? Is that about non-compliant equipment being used when entering the Workplace?

In step 6 after defeat first encounter there where no numbers. The secand and third showed up and i could shoot them, mis stil the first of step 6
My quest completely disapeared after getting the 6th message and talking to spider. I can't reclaim it from the quest terminal or spider.

The first secret chest is bugged if you're in a fire team only one person can open it to fix this you have to wipe and then go back and open the chest. so if one person opens it you gotta wipe for the next person then wipe again for the next person

Make sure your host on your next run through, after first encounter wipe then go to the heart room should be there
