Hi, i recently got a repress of the Tears For Fears album The Hurting. I mainly bought it for the track Mad World , and in my local record shop at the weekend i found a copy of Mad World on 12" and a 12" of Shout. Those are my two favourite Tears For Fears tracks , especially on 12" single.
    Cheers.

When I was flipping through the bins, I was able to pick up the original pressing (didn't expect it); store re-stocks with new records quite often. Great album for sure! I bought Mad World (promo) copy 1st, then the LP. I've had "Shout" 12" single for many years (actually my 2nd go around in collecting; meaning I bought it when it was released in 84' or 85' - gave it away, then re-collected it many years later. You and I and are on the same page with these (2) tracks - my favorites also. Stay safe, my friend. I'm sure we'll talk again soon.

Awesome collection you have there, my friend. I have a good chunk of those you showed. You inspire me to build a good 12 inch and full LP collection with these amazing videos. Please keep those videos coming. Cheers 🍻

Really appreciate it Papa Luke. Wishing you good luck on building your collection; maybe you can post a video later and share with the vinyl community. I'm sure it would be great. Hopefully, I can re-visit the record store very soon for more Old School gems. Have a great week!

Thanks for watching! Prices have really increased in recent years. There’s no way I can afford these LP’s today. Plus OG copies is what I really collect. Blessed to have these & always looking for more. Take care!

@@KermisVoyager1997 Hello my friend, Looking back at my collection these are some valuable gems: Brothers Supreme - We Can’t Be Held Back, BK & FM - Just Call Me BK, Concrete Blonde - Bloodletting LP, Arabian Prince - Situation Hot, Timmy T - My Exceptional Girl, Kid Frost - Terminator, Invinceables - Kong in the City of Doom, Science Club - Depression, VSF - Velocity Speed & Force, Audio Tech - I’m You’re Audio Tech, Tribantura - Lack of Sense, G-Force - Feel the Force, Byron Davis - My Hand is Quicker Than the Eye, Professor X - Professor X. These records are either presently fetching around $100 or once was in this range. It took me many, many years to score these old school gems.

@@klassicjam I bet. Most of the records I collect is actually from a farmers market and Calgary and you can get some for a good price there. I haven't used Discogs to buy LP's though nor were the people on there nice to me but I heard it was a game changed when it first came out.

I’m used to you narrating. Here’s an anecdote: Teri Numn of Berlin’ starred in the disco film, “Thank God It’s Friday.”

Bringing back the thrill of digging those Old School 80's classics from the crates. Thanks for the info on Teri from Berlin; I didn't know she was in a disco film. Need to check that out.

Another nice video. You and I are the only ones on YT that will be featuring such deep 80's 12" singles, like Secession, Psyche and Vicious Pink. My 80's synth pop, new wave A-Z are coming soon. Oh and a trick to getting labels off the cover? Blow dryer, it heats the adhesive, peals right off, just a thought.

Thank again for your great and inspirational comments as always. So many unique 12" singles were released in the 80's (Best time for music). Anyway, I'm really looking forward for your New Wave A-Z videos (sure it's going to be quite entertaining). I may attempt your little trick on a couple labels; thanks for the recommendation.
