Did you have issues getting a spool gun to work correctly? I tested the gun on a shop machine it's fine. Obviously everything was connected correctly.. last thing I can think of is it needs a software update? Just wondering if you had any issues. FYI I run the same machine.
I don’t have a spool gun nor have I ever used one with this welder. My suitcase runs great off it tho. With the original software the mig gun starts would some times be erratic. After the first software update the mig starts got way better
@@tdm8817 it's just throwing weld down with ZERO pen and spattering like crazy.... its a 30A spoolmatic. The aluminum is clean amperage set correctly exc.. I'm just stumped.

Hey brother where is the fuse located at?
Directly on the battery charge board behind the faceplate of the welder. You have to take the sheet metal panels off to get to it unfortunately.

Do ya know what happened to pop the fuse? We're the battery cables disconnected wile charging or something.
