I wanted one of these,not available anymore.My guy quoted me 16k back in November for a diesel one. Drove 2 hours south into PA for a pipe-pro 400 on Sunday,paid 18k for a damn near new machine,glad I didn't go for that Trailblazer,this thing is GREAT!!
I have the 2012, 302 diesel and that baby is like a sewing machine. I weld at 300 with my 12x vs suitcase on bucket shanks. Does 7 shanks on a volvo bucket in about 6 hrs running .052. Lays down at 500 IPM
Thanks for showing us the new fuel setup. I have a 2015 with EFI 325 and everything you've shown, but always had to problems with the electric fuel pump going out. I plan to add a jockey pump like yours. Was hoping someone did it before me. Now I have confidence. Thank you.
Are you saying the engine shuts down if it has been idling for a while? How long will it idle before the engine shuts down? I would imagine that is a problem with the machine, not a setting. I've never heard of any of these having a idle shutdown timer, unless one has been added aftermarket.
I just pick up a used unit with the battery charger on the unit . Don’t have cables for . I’ll have get some for it . Right now the EXcel power not working on it . Trying to troubleshoot the problem . All fuses are good so I don’t know what’s going on yet
Be sure your 220 outlet is switched on. No load. Try it again. If it still doesn't work. You'll pretty much need another board. I've already had to replace mine. Mine was the board. Then the second time it was the 220 switch, which I didn't know it controlled so much. I just rolled with it.
I would rather give it back to miller for, the 2011 trailblazer, this new one eats too much gas, n I dont like all the jumping up n down give me a new 2011 trailblazer with a carb. Come on miller,,, 3rd trailblazer 05' 011' 20'

Did yours come with the plastic crankcase pump that was mounted on the valve cover?
3:08 I noticed fuel filter is angled down after line goes up creating an air pocket (as it shows) - Could create problems. Just me? IDK....
That's very common on horizontal filter to have a little air pocket in it, not ideal but I haven't noticed any issues, got about 620 hours on it now
Still happy...i'm in the market for an engine drive.

Do you know how to disable the auto shut off on these machines? Mine is constantly turning itself off if it sits running for too long.

On mine anyways there is a circuit breaker on the inside of the machine, if you have the owners manual for it. That should show all of it

Want every you do on them units . Don’t jump start one . If battery goes down you blow pc boards . Very expensive repair .
