- I did a video a while back on feeding fish cucumber and the benefits of it. Decided it was time to do a spinach version! Make sure you boil your spinach to make it easier for the fish to pick at.
Spinach has so many great benefits, including clearing out the digestive system!

How often can you feed fish greens like spinach and broccoli, peas ect... ? Is it good to just put it in a few times per week so the fish can forage?
I like feeding my fish veggies 2x a week!
the spinach keeps turning the water green on my tank I change 25% every 6 to 7 days and I can't keep the green out unless I don't doo spinach...and so much ends up in my filters too of green peices..what am I doing wrong?

please help... my fishes get so skinny and die one by one .... after some researches i discovered that all my aquarium fishes have internal parasites ... i lost 3 sowrdtails and i have now 2sowrdtails and 5 fancy goldfish

Khlel X Since the salt isn't working, use melafix or pimafix from API. It's the best meds for internal parasites while salt is best for external parasites.
Also be sure to heat your temp up higher, it will kill off smaller parasites.
Melafix is NOT the best medicine. In fact will NOT help internal parasites. It's meant for bacterial infections and only a slight few at that and primafix is meant for fungal infections and again only for a slight few types. . Get metroplex for internal parasites

Melafix/Pimafix are worthless placebos.
They make you feel good cause you think you're helping them, but it does nothing for the fish.

Shabbir Naqvi you can feed it raw, boiling it just helps the fish eat it faster.

Does it have to be boiled?
No, you can also just let it get old naturally by letting it sit in your fridge like when veggies soil however it may cloud you tank so be prepared for a water change after a few days.
You use all that water to COOK the spinach for 3 minutes??? WOW and you actually think those 2 tiny leaves are RAW??? What is going on in your life??
BL4ϾꞣMටΘੱא it’s because guppies can’t chew. Boiling them makes it soft so they can rip it apart and swallow it. Do some research before u comment please
