1. Who am I trying to help?
2. Use new features.
3. Teach one lesson per post.
4. Think long game, not get rich quick.
5. Focus and post about one subject.
6. Imagine someone that you’re speaking to and try to help them.
7. Make content other people find helpful.
8. Be consistent in your branding.
9. Make work your audience would share.
10. AIDA. Grab ATTENTION, Build INTEREST, DELIVER the goods, call to ACTION.
11. ROT. Promise a RESULT that people are looking for, identify an OBJECTION they might have, tell how much TIME it will take.
12. Give a good takeaway that isn’t 100% obvious.
13. Learn hashtags.
14. Write a guest post.
15. Consider shout outs.

3:47 "People who don't have a background in design, they're naturally insecure about their design skills"
*I think that happens to people with design skills too*
Haha. True
Damn! Ask me the question "What is the best YT channel on this platform?". My answer: " The Futur". I mean, I'm the guy who is just hustling 24 * 7, no matter the bad times and bad people. So, I value my time so much that I just used to watch like one video per week just because whatever was on that platform wasn't as important as my time. But, I should say this, I found your channel in 2020 and its the only channel that always wins the argument "My Time vs YT". I respect and love your channel Chris. The Futur - A channel more important than my time. Means a lot.
Thank you so much Bernard. Appreciate it and Welcome to the Futur

They're giving away followers at Quickfollowz, I also thought that it couldn't be working, but I was proved wrong. Atm I have 1000 followers more and for free.
You’re right about non-designers adding bells and whistles. My work used to look like a Christmas tree. Thanks for your clear design guidelines for us non-designers. ⭐️
thanks, Chris.....big facts people tend to be impatient when starting on Instagram
Hey can you help me for m'y IG ?
I really recommend the methods Chris Do talks about in the video👆👆, I am also starting on Instagram and I have like 5 posts but the only way I have managed to keep up, is by Engaging with other people content, you have to create content that you are most interest about that is valuable to your audience, having consistency with your content and being PATIENCE with the process
Well done Chris, you are really a good person for doing this. Half of the people out there would have kept these locked. We all really appreciate your hard work!
I agree with all these points. Consistency, audience values, patience, resonating content with a clear theme.
Thank you for this Chris. It's important to stay consistent in the niche of topics posted. Inconsistent or random posting gets an inconsistent and random following. My biggest lesson from this.
Absolutely one of the most valuable channels I know. Which says a lot about you too. Thanks a lot.
Thanks Chris and The Futur team.
Your channel is gold mine for people like me who want to build business but have no business background.
Just started following few weeks back and can say that it helped me a lot. Integrated few of your advice in my workflow and plan.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks. Welcome to the Futur Nikhill
@@thefutur And it's a gold mine too for people like me who DO have a business background! 🤓🎉
This was super helpful! I am going to be watching this over and over!
I love your 10 carousel lesson posts. So short and concise but packed full of value. Thank you 🙏

Improve your skill😂
But anyways got the answer, thanks you Chris😇

I already liked this video before listening 🥰
Just found you, while recreating my niche & brand...thank you for confirming my SunTsu inclination! I love (& am embracing), the DC/Marvel, hero/villain relationship attraction re: branding! Brilliant! Binging & thoroughly enjoying your content! I'm late to the game, fully grateful for your advice & motivation against Big Education! Hazzah! It's off-topic, but I love your hat in this video! Keep'em coming, please. Love you Do!
Thank you so much. Welcome to the Futur
Chris, I'm so stealing that. Next presentation I attend... I'm gonna say "hey, frothy no beverage"... 😆
Seems like good information, thanks Chris Do!
This channel is a goldmine!
This video has me amped up but nervous. I'm excited that I have some new ideas to help me improve, but man does it feel like a lot of work
That’s a good feeling. It’s your body telling you something new is about to happen.
I’m trying to help who are trying to make money online and grow on UA-cam. And I’m targeting my content on those 2 topics. 🙌
Great
thanks for the content. it really is paid content quality. the gems you drop.
also, does all of this apply only to like written content?
so good. thank you
Brilliant!!
woah Dude! That hat and specs change at the end really caught me by surprise! In a good way though.
hahahaha almost made me think he had a twin that was interviewing him.
Those are some banger tips right there cuh!!!
Appreciate it
Great tips☺️
Quality advice.
This is great, thanks! I might be interested if you ever decide to do a LinkedIn version of this.
I don't know if you follow me on linkedin, but I use the same carousels and get between 3k-5k likes, and over 100k views. same principles.
Like before watching !! 🙋🙋
Love the content
Very useful information. Thanks Chris ♥️
Glad you enjoyed it!
I am loving it
Hey Chris, is the only thing valuable at the moment on IG education and teaching, I have seen a lot of other videos where you say to use social media to share your story as that’s your brand. What if you’re not in a position to teach but want to create a social media presence. Is this still a relevant way to grow?
This is very insightful. Consistency is indeed the key. Then comes a bit of luck factor or should I say 'timing' which provokes that viral effect. We all saw the grapefuit skater man who blew up IG for one simple reason: Authenticity.
Cranberry juice*
Love it. Man You could go deeper too. Don’t give away all the secrets yet! 😂
Btw you just got a sub using your information and learning strategy
Hey Chris, What about Hashtags? I am using most relevant hashtags but they are not working
That cap is giving me Life!💃☺️
That heads or tails concept is gold.
This is GOLD
Loving relaxt Chris here. One thing, the focus here is really on only the carousel. How does this work for designers mainly working with visuals and not really ''teaching''. Or photographers lets say.
how can anyone dislike this !!!
haters are always out there guys, they can try buy they will never succeed
Bro don't be emotional. That won't effect thefutur that much. Lol
Chris I just wanna say I love you and you changed my Life with your videos
I hope you get whatever you want in life 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Thank you

Hi, Chris! Great content. but I assume this is for a text-based account. How do you describe an account with thousands of followers that mostly just photography and illustration in it, and mostly with no carousel?
Do great work. Do it for yourself. IG following isn't necessarily a good end goal. Consistency is key.
You can have thousands of silly followers and not one client in all of them 🤷♂️
This man is not a fan of cappuccinos. Great video though, man! Love the actionable advice. Just subscribed
Hello Chris, when talking about the 12 posts, do you mean to post 12 at one time, or maybe have 12 already created and post one every day for the next 12 days?
Keep up the awesome content!
Make 12 posts. At any time interval. Then decide if it’s working after.
pure gold
Chris my mentor, I can't thank you enough.
I shared this video to a relative and 2 friends, I told them to pay attention to details, sometimes is not just about the topic there relative details to other pending issues in business that might be addressed that's how much I have loved you teaching.
Am into graphic design and I don't clearly understand the word Type phase and why it's important to design, well not until this topic, see what I mean. I almost ignored this topic and I learnt something and how it's applied.
Thank you
As a photographer I find some things here hard to implement but I'll do my best, starting at 800 followers today, see you at 1000 in a few weeks
Good luck! Find a way.
How it's going?
Perfectly timed. I am going to start an IG account and start presenting work and carousels (which The Futur Academy's latest video definitely helped with).
It's coming together then, for me. As always, I learn something new from this channel. ❤️
You got this!
Will you guys be doing more of these?! - I’m considering participating from my phone while I drive (I’ll be on the road) but leaning towards getting in on the next one 😅
Yeah. I’d the demand is there.
@@thefutur bless your futuristic little hearts 🙏🏻 - I will see you then!
Great video as always!!! 👍
Any advice for young dedicated mammas that can't be consistant? 😅 Kidding🤣 but felt a little frustrated about that today)))) But really, golden advices in video!!!! Apriciate your words!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks ....
Full of validations! I use your content to tell people why they should start using carousels! Quick question: What if someone doesn't wants to do it because everybody's doing it?
do it better. do it different.
@@thefutur Thanks a ton. Means a lot!
Thank you
Amazing
Thanks
Great video! What would you recommend a rock band or a pianist? They don't want to be teachers, the want to show their music. If their target audience is potential listeners of their music, they don't want to teach them how to play an instrument (I guess). Or whats your view on this?
I’d show off your talent. Maybe do covers with unusual instruments. You could also break down your songs into layers. That is one form of teaching.
@@thefutur that are great suggestions! You‘re right. „Teaching“ is not always the same as „explaining“
Hi Chris! Do you think it's a good idea to start posting content based on tips and tricks (teaching) in sense that I use in my photo edits? Since my account is already looking kinda like only images of the edits i made? Can it be helpful to my account? Or I will ruin it That way? My goal is to grow my page followers at the moment
If I sell a product which I do, I tend to look into the potential client's pics. If I see anything that relates to what I am selling I say hi or something cute....like, cute dog. A few days after that I give a few more likes. Then I come up with a pickup like in the message to sell the product or I ask them for their opinion.
I’m starting to feel that anytime I have a problem I’m going to find a The Futur video to answer that specific question
Still helpful🔥🔥🔥

Great
so i have looked at what other people do on my niches, and with your tips, i have already 2-3 posts on my notebook, and one general rule, but the problem in most cases is that on my t-shirt drawings, i don t do all the drawings myself, some might be taken raw from an anime, or whatever i find on internet and i can use and modify in a way i don t get copyrighted, i ain t a great artist so mostly i use presets and i can t do a lot of just progress work, bc there is actually just a fuze of hard work 2-3h (mostly finding idieas) and that is the design
so the question is, how do i make more content when i don t have that much of a content
content for the carousel bc i can just post the tshirt design/hoodie/long sleeve but that is not enough to catch them, i know
Late comment! As a designer, I completely understand and agree with choosing a few colors and typefaces so your feed looks consistent. However, how do you achieve that when you are showcasing some of your latest projects, that may deviate visually from your set look?
Hey! I love what you do and i am so grateful for all the value that you guys provide. Also, i had a question - what if i am rebuilding my instagram account, like i am a design Student and i am passionate about feminism and i want to make content on graphic design ,along with promoting myself and providing value to my followers but i also want to make content on feminism and other topics. I am really confused on who is my ideal client, like who do i serve ?
Maybe you serve a higher idea. That’s okay too.
@@thefutur Thank you! 💖
Feminist magzines, News blogs related to women would be your ideal clients.

@@GrowJunction Thank you. Yes!
It actually works
superb
good wow.
Chris, you mentioned a tip, write a guest post, do you suggest emailing it to the respected person? message asking if they are interested? posting it on your channel & tagging or mentioning the person? Not asking for a friend!
Dm them first. Ask if they would consider it.
@@thefutur Thank you!
