    Besides the great tips, I loved the way Desmond kept his stance, calm and collected. Always get the client to believe that it was their idea in the first place, get them to circle back to their needs and never prove your worth get them to understand your value. Just utterly amazing because not only can Dan close he also helps his employees close for him that shows just how transferable his skills are and that's enormously valuable!     Another tactic I would try,
    “Ask yourself this question and be honest, are you questioning Dans ability to get results or are you questioning yourself” really put it back in the customer to reflect on his own. Soul.

    Don't interrupt his own speaking (or rather his 'thinking out loud')... because, if you let him talk... he'll sell himself. Then you present more of the persuasive thoughts and that will cement his decisions. It's not just what you say, it's how you say it, the pauses, and letting him sell himself.

    After watching this again..I must add that this is a great example of why being a HTC through Dan's program is different from a traditional sales training course..ie..HTC..you need me more than I need you Mr client..traditional sales... maybe I can do better on price if you sign today..

      50K seems a good price if the goal is to increase revenue by 50% and possibly more while fixing all internal issues in that company. Gentlemen were talking millions here not pennies, I think it's all about perspective and vision. Good video.

    Insane value you are giving out Dan, I work in a retailshop and ive learned a lot from these calls. I noticed my sales has gone much better and i get an adrenaline kick from it, even though im still working for a boss xD.

    Clean and clear conversation and most importantly the value is added not just in the sale price but also in the customer's result after the purchase and immaculately forces him to let him think in that way why most people go for Dan rather than can go for whoever they want to much cheaper than him? This is the most emotional question after he starts thinking about the product, not the price. Learned a lot in just a few minutes and my God it's 6 years ago and I'm seeing it right now. 😀

    This is an example of Awesome Sales techniques. How not to piss away your time begging for someone to use you. Dan is right on the money with how this was done. There's a reason he came to Dan. Yep 50k is a lot of money but when you compare it to doubling your company from 3 to 6 million or more its just a part of the operational budget.
    I think people need to realize there is a cost to doing business and you need to work that into your business model. Sometimes when you are stuck you need to bring in an outside consultant like Dan to help revamp things in your company. I think most people who run a company and look back at the small cost Dan charges for a day of his time, in the bigger picture of things its a small price to pay for success.
    Esp. since we are talking for starters double which could go to triple or more depending on the strategies recommended and implemented on the clients part. Dan can help him to expand his business only if the client is wise enough to step out of their comfort zone and allow someone else to make recommendations on how the business needs to change to grown. That's the different between winners and losers. A smart company owner knows how to leave his ego at the door and listen to the outside consultant they brought in and see the potential growth they are recommending by their recommendation.

      It's really not a lot. If you owned a business and someone said "Hey, pay me 50k and I'll help your company generate 2.9M in revenue, what would you say? It's a no brainer.

      Absolutely correct. I think the key here and in selling is 'the bigger picture'. As long as you are able to hit your goal, in this case doubling your profits, then who the fuck cares if it costs $50k to even $150k. Successful businesses are run by expensive people who know what they are talking about, not some cheap old used car salesmen off the street.

    BOOM!! The Sarge in action!! That was a bit like Deja Vu, I've been on that end of a call with Desmond Soon. So he was wanting to go from 3 million in sales to 6 million in sales, but was shying away from investing $50,000? That's only 1.66% of where he was wanting to take his business. That's a bargain anywhere!

    Tq mr Dan Lok. my name AIZAT young struggling guys from Malaysia. I do business from past 7 years and still struggling and looking for my success until i saw yr video that gave by my fiancee and now i think u give me ALL THE ANSWER AND PATH way to success in 2019.       Yes he did but also depends how and where you use it, this guy here used it to créate urgency he never used it into the benefits of the product (in this case Dan lok ) so he was not removíng credibility to the product

    This is a great video. Sometimes itś easy to close a sale but the follow up is the key. Dan might be able to help his clients to boost their sales performance. But at the end of the day itś his clients who have to do all the hard work. Dan was only doing the talking but I envy him !!!
