You will definitely have fun with this bike. I ended up getting lazy and swapped in an electric start engine in mine. Loads of torque. Check out the new video if your interested in how the swap went down.
@@CampbellBrothersOutdoors I have it almost done, will try to find ya on facebook and share pics or take a vid of it and upload on here, its pretty slick lookin. I will likely upgrade to that same engine you got but will put a billet rod/cam/22 lb springs and a few other things in it that work well with that stuff. I put a 60t sprocket on mine, yellow driven spring, 8 deg key, header, open air cleaner, 36 jet and gx 140 e tube. I did do a lot of other mods to the bike besides the cosmetic stuff I did, heavy duty 12" shocks( I'm a biscuit and gravy eatin big boy myself ), dirt bike foot pegs, dirt bike style handlebars, 2L aux tank under fake tank, taillight and brake light, bar end mirrors, adjusted wheel back as far as possible for added wheelbase and room for a bigger tire in the future, niche x ring chain, added chain tensioner, dzu fasteners on a new cvt cover for quicker out in the field belt inspection/replacement. probably some other stuff I forget at this late hour too lol These bikes are too much damn fun. glad to see new vids
It took 5 days for it to come in from the time I got my email, as for the oil we used some Valvoline ATV oil that we had on the shelf already. The oil weight was 15w40.

Swear I have rebuilt this Ching-o-ling ding dong starter over 15 times already lol. We just completed a Tillotson 212 motor swap over the weekend, and should have the video uploaded soon. This new Tillotson 212 electric start is no joke!

The first thing you upgrade is the front sprocket to a 17 tooth you get more top speed with the stock motor without doing any modifications.
Valvoline racing oil. Used it in 68 bikes including turbo bikes makes em run forever. Cant wait to get my trailmaster
I'll have to pick some up and give it a try. You won't be disappointed with the Trail-master. We love to ride that bike all day long.

the TrailMaster MB200-2 ain't bad mini bike but they are geared wrong the front sprocket needs to be a 17 tooth.
We just added a bigger sprocket on the rear and it completely changed the bike. It’s an animal now.
