No worries, mate. I ordered some rain.
Funny how it gets hot in the summer.
Every year, long about now.
This is a different type of heat folks!! When has it EVER gotten this hot in the Pacific Northwest??
Just put an ice cube in the ocean
Didnt futurama do something like that 😂🤣
I can’t even imagine being in that situation but to have the option to go to a cooling shelter that is unbelievably amazing. Highest temperature recorded during the dust bowl is reported to be 108°F
117 f is very normal here in Hyderabad pakistan,, you American have no strength,, you just know the torture in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya

Finally a little cooler in Texas
Phew xx

What did you expect? It’s NBC
Glad it’s better this year
Sounds like the general public, especially the media, remain ignorant of the difference between weather and climate.
What?
Portland deserves ever degree of heat they are getting!
Its the entire PNW lol tiggered much?
And Red states deserve Hurricanes right?

Just an average sunny summer day for Texas 😜

I'm thankful for having a massive amount of my own music and audio books to play in my car, in the old days every time it got above hundred or below zero the people on the radio felt the need to blather on for days before and after.
I’m loving this cool dome over Texas and New Mexico right now !
Yeah buddy! Our hottest month of the year is going away in a most lovely fashion. We got 1/10th yesterday. What a difference a week makes.
Oh it snarling angry lady. You're famous in my book. Haha 😄
I live in Spokane WA it was literally over 110 degrees every day for a month
Very nice weather in Portland, 60s at night. Nobody battles nothing.
Wtf u lie. 90° at night

Summer is here
Yes it’s a hot summer. I’m in Southern California so we’re use to this kind of desert heat but hopefully, it’s not a trend we’ll be seeing every year. Maybe it’s just one of those freaky weather patterns that happens every once in a blue moon. I suggest everyone starts upgrading their homes with AC now and especially once this heat wave dies down.
Good idea except there are no ACs anywhere. They're all sold out.
Nice and cool in Minnesota
St. Louis is not at 115 F??
It was 117 in woodland wa. Thought I was going to die it was so bad
Everything is a Drama on the news...in the 80s we would say it's hot the end of story.
Weather has changed my whole life every day it's different.

You are playing it down because you don't want to face facts. Climate change is real and very dangerous. When our food and water supplies are substantially diminished you will wake up to reality.
@@olyvoyl9382 Hehehehehe...what climate are you so worried about changing? Last I looked (two minutes ago) there are 13 distinct, named climatic zones. Which one is it that you want to muck with?

Battles? No, you just stay inside or go to the pool for a day or two.
Staying inside doesn’t resolve the issue, very few people in the Northwest have air conditioning. So the temps inside are the same as outside.
This winter a storm 2 wks effect brought brown outs, now this heat wave, by conclusion fall winds will struck trees against power lines!.
It is 111 right now just outside of Spokane. Not cooling
And?
I'd hate that
This guy is wrong! Here in Tri-Cities, WA still forecasted for 117° today, 111° tomorrow and 110° Thursday! The Heat "dome" did Not magically disappear overnight! It's still going strong!!!🔥🥵🔥

If only ALL cars were electric at a time like this.
Can you imagine if some folks get their way and, like in CA, all internal combustion engines are outlawed by 2035, what the demand on the power grid will be?
It'll be a choice between cars or A/C.
That Gavin Newsom is a true visionary.
and of coarse they probably are doing nothing about upgrading the grid by 2035. Do they just think people will turn off their A/C units? They won't, so these
socialists will cut power to homes for 2-3 hour periods.
And in the South they are battling record cold
global warming has predicted all of this, extreme swings

This explains all the fires we have been having each summer in California. The lakes have all dropped by 36% or more. The atmosphere is trapping in heat and getting worse each year.
A lot of the fires are being caused by arsonists
@@clickclack8081 I agree with that, And they all seem to conveniently blow towards a populated town on the windiest days.
What have lowering lake levels got tot do with fire? Heat is only one leg of the "Fire Triangle". Try neglect and poor management, the solutions are there. Yet another reason for the Feds to divest themselves of lands they cannot/ will not manage.
