Hi, could you please explain: In your 'lifting' portion, you hold at the point of origin but you pull the opposing wand away in a lengthening motion, I have scoured my anatomy book and it shows to push the opposing wand towards the point of origin to 'contract and shorten' the muscle This would result in a lift!

If you are desperate and need a medium to assist with slippage and movement of the applicator probes, you could technically use something like water, aloe vera gel, serums, saline, ultrasound gel, ultrasonic gel.
