Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon Recipe

- This homemade Glazed Salmon with brown sugar, dijon mustard, and lemon juice is the easiest roasted salmon. The glaze is sweet and sticky after caramelizing in the oven. Did I mention it’s a quick dinner idea?

GLAZED SALMON INGREDIENTS:
►¼ cup packed brown sugar
►2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
►1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
►1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
►½ teaspoon fine sea salt
►¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
►1½ to 2 pounds salmon, cut into 5 to 6-ounce filets

Have fished the west coast for Salmon for over 50 years from Half Moon Bay, all the way up to Newport Oregon, still love to eat it. Even had a few close encounters with Sharky's kinfolk...I saw Sharky just right of your cutting board when you were getting to plate up. One quick stove top recipes I usually go to is cast iron skillet med. heat two pats of butter and liberal sprinkle of Tarragon. Start presentation side down time depending on thickness and then turn till you get to 145 degrees I usually serve with steamed asparagus spears and any starch of choice.
Your recipes are money! I've made several of them and they are all wonderful.

You can also use regular mustard. But definitely worth getting Dijon. :)

Hi Natasha! I just made this today since I’m not eating meat on Fridays for lent.... and it was so so so delicious! You are right; that glaze is irresistible!!!! Omg so good. And yes I can imagine using it for chicken, like fork drumsticks. Question though, I would just apply that same exact glaze on the drumsticks without needing to marinate and cook the drumsticks for like 40 minutes at 350 degrees? Thank you so much for this recipe! You never disappoint us. Lots of love from me and my girls - your #1 fans! 🥰

This looks so good, Natasha! I’ve made your easy pan seared salmon with lemon butter, and it was delicious. And I bet this recipe is really good as well! And Sharkie was at 3:25 when you were transferring the salmon to the platter.
P.S., I thought the hint was for chocolate dipped salmon lollipops. 😂😂 But now that I saw the actual name, it made a lot more sense!
