    How about a beginner version, for those who have limited bending mobility due to arthritis in the knees, hips, lower back, and so many other places.
    I'll give it a whirl...maybe a modification comes to me...🤔

      I mostly wear Xero Shoes. They are super flexible and allow for foot mobility.

    A great video Mr. Anderson. I will try this routine. I saw The First Omen a couple weeks ago. Sucked. I mean it was horrible. I can’t recommend.

    Love rocking but later I get pain on the outside of left upper shin not my knee. Any advice to remedy this?

      Have you tried reducing your range of motion in rocking to see if there is an area or range that does not cause this pain? Sometimes the game is “what can I get away with?” If we can discover that, we can build from it.

    On a recent flight I found out all aisle seats can raise both arm rests. I did some sideways rocking and rotations upright in my seat. It made the long flight bearable. 🛩🛬
