This is not a sponsored video. The kit, paints, materials and everything I use paid from my own money.

Thanks for watching!
All the best!

Love the work this kit is on my wish list, I got to see this spit in the flesh in 2008 at Temora Australia.
She is a beauty...
I saw this plane a few times, never enough.
Beautiful Spit!
Thanks 😊
Stunning simply stunning, nothing more you can say.
Thank you so much.
Now, that is a thing of great beauty!
She is beautiful, for sure.
A fantastic choice of subject and a beautifully looking build.
I’m personally looking forward to seeing this particular aircraft in October.
When I will be attending the Warbirds Downunder Airshow, held in Temora, New South Wales.
Keep these fantastic videos coming and thank you for sharing your beautiful builds.
Kindest Regards and Respect.
I plan to go to the Temora Airshow in October. I saw this bird a couple of times but I can't wait to see her again.
Thank you ☺️
@@cslvisualstudio That will be great!
I’m staying there on site for the whole weekend! So might see you there at some stage.
Absolutely ☺️
Beautiful war bird
Thank you ☺️
Great build. Your detailing is amazing.
Thank you 😊
What an absolute masterpiece!!! Bravo, love it
Thank you 😊
Excelent job!
Thank you 😊
Absolutely incredible!! Inspirational
Thank you ☺️
Super build!
Thank you 😊
Fantastic work! Certainly shows in the final reveal. Incredibly beautiful model of one of my all-time favorite planes. Congratulations!
Thank you
Very nice! I made the same kit but the wash reacted with the varnish and messed everything up. You on the other hand did this plane justice. It looks just like the real thing
Thank you 😊
Gorgeous work!
Thank you 😊
First video of your that I've seen - excellent work and finesse in the finishing. Going to check some more now....
Best from New Zealand.
Thank you. I'm glad that you liked the Spitfire. Interesting aeroplanes are coming as aBf109, a Tempest or a P-47.
Awesome job!
Thank you so much ☺️
Great build - meticulously done. Cockpit was extra good and the framing set it off nicely. I, too, think weathering and chipping can be overdone. Subtlety here! I do like lots of white petrol oxide aft of the exhausts, which built up on "busy" aircraft.
Thank You :-)
That is a awesome looking spitfire I’ve done the 1/72 scale kit from eduard with the same scheme
this is a unique one, no doubt
@@cslvisualstudio I’ve seen that spitfire as well
Where did you see her?
@@cslvisualstudio the museum at temora nsw and again at the Avalon air show
@@oceanvibesphotography8395 Yoo nice. I've also seen that spifire at the tyabb air show
Very informative video, and a great result👍
Thank you 😊
A very nice build and nice subtle weathering. I must try an Eduard kit- I recently built the Tamiya Mk1 Spitfire (I built it as the recently restored N3200, which I had the opportunity of sitting in) and thought it was the best engineered kit I've ever done, so it would be interesting to compare the two.
Thx for your kind words. This was the best kit I've ever built. No problems at all.
Is the N3200 the MK.I in Doxford?
@@cslvisualstudio Yes it is. I have Guy Martin's DVD of the reconstruction of N3200, but it doesn't show how much of the original aircraft was used.
That is a beautiful piece of aviation history.
Beautiful job
Thank you
Exceptional work. Congrats!
Thanks 😊
Nice build. Thanks for sharing! Just one note, your tabs on your flight controls are deflected in the wrong direction. A tab goes in the opposite direction to that of the surface it is on.
The trim tab can be set anywhere from the cockpit - in this case a few degrees nose up. The elevators naturally "fall" to this position when the stick is let go. Look at any parked Spit. Therefore correct. The trim tabs only change when the trim wheel is moved in the cockpit.
Thanks you comment
Szia.Nagyon szép lett.🙂Pont ezt a makettet kezdtem el a napokban,csak a Profipack verziót.A kabinhoz kaptam a videódból néhány tippet.🙂
Szia,
Örülök hogy tetszett, annak meg különösen örülök, hogy tudtál ötleteket meríteni a videókból.
Hamarosan jön a Sopwith Camel befejező része.
Köszi a kommentet 😊
Stunning build mate! I'm lucky that the real thing is only a two hour drive away from me in Temora. Can I ask what colour you used for the cockpit? I typically use Vallejo Model Air. I'm yet to settle on a spit interior green. Keep up the good work and thanks!
Ryan
Hi,
Thanks for your kind words.
I used Tamiya XF-71 for the cockpit. I like it because it has a nice green tone and with brown and dark grey washes it gives a nice cockpit tone.
Please check the cockpit video on my channel and you'll see how I built it.

@@cslvisualstudio Thanks mate, much appreciated!
Wow- absolutely stunning. I have this model yet to build. Can I ask what size (mm) airbrush and what pressure you run please.
Personally I think this is the best looking Merlin model and you have made it look like the real Aussie machine ( There is a grey Nurse Mk VIII at Temora NSW, Australia)
Thanks for your kind words.
I use two airbrushes from Sparmax.
The 0.3 one is suitable for general purposes, the 0.2 is for precise works. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the pressure setting because there is no pressure gauge on my compressor.
I know that OZZY beauty from Temora, she was my inspiration for this build.
Stay tuned I'm working on interesting stuff... :-)
Where did you get that bottle opener?
My favourite tool ever...😁
Mr. Cap Opener.

I'm pretty sure, you can find it in any online hobby shop.
Looks great! Wondering why didn't you use the Eduard 1/48 Aussie Eight kit?
The kit was a present from my daughter. Originally, I wanted to build the brown camo. Later I went to a local airshow and saw her. It was love at first sight ☺️
Fantasic work, it's a shame all that lovely detail will be hard to see in cockpit now the fuselage is buttoned up. The Spitfire is the most beautiful warbird IMHO, and my favourite since I was a kid
Thanks for your comment 🙂
No question, the Spitfire is beautiful.
Nice build mate came up beautiful can i ask why you added rivets on the prop cheers
Thank you
I saw an original picture of the prop. Same RAAF squadron. Propeller blade leading edge protector. Check the link below.

@@cslvisualstudio hey ur right think its actually wood screws holding metal doubler around edge of prop cheers nice pick up of extra detail
Damn!!!! Just subd
Thank you 😊
