      From a muscle building perspective, yea no shit, you wouldn't derive results from this. As for endurance, I think it's fine but if you want to build muscle, I'd suggest you do like 1/4 of that as a warm up and do the rest after weight lifting.

      ​@@wetsocks7619 that's what I thought, if you're strong enough to do 100 squats (ooh that's me) as a warm up (count me out then) , there's no point spending that much time and energy on it. 25 squats as a warm up, and then weight-lifting.
      Basically, I completely agree with you.

      are you trying to disappear or what? 105 is literally a child's body weight. unless you are < 5 feet or < teen BUT this is good HIIT exercise routine so 👍😀👍

      ​@@namelessfaceless1962105 is still okay for people at 5'3 or 5'4 they are just at the end of being in a considered healthy weight. But I also want to say that some people naturally very skinny (so if someone who wasn't trying to lose weight but weighed 105 lbs should not get skinny shamed). Also some people have eating disorders and comments like that can encourage them.

    My knees started hurting when I heard 100 squats. Nope 🙅🏽‍♀️ I'll stick to dancing because I would like to use my legs and not be in the hospital. Anyone who does this more power to you and use what you need for that knee pai.

      Technically, squats should not cause knee pain cuz it works out things & glutes. If it's causing knee pain it means you're doing it wrong.

    I did 200 squats before this will be a piece of cake right?
    I was sore for 3 days the time I did those many squats bad idea. Please do not try that, sitting will be hard especially if you have those low ass school seats

    i have been doing this same exercise for almost month but i didn’t know jungkook had the same routine. i do few more extra exercises and 30 mins cardio with it. i do it because this was what my trainer told me to do for 4-5 times a week for 30 days. obviously my reps are little less than this. this doesn’t give you abs lol. it just makes you stronger and you might lose weight if you have proper diet aiming for it.

    You should start with the burpees. They are a really good exercise to warm up. The other exercises will feel easier after that.

    Please read it full 🥺because I am so tired and my hands are shaking but still typing to you
    Today's my 1st day doing this and I literally passed out 😅
    It was quite hard like I was heavily sweating 😅 and the ab exercise literally made me sweat😅 and by the end now I am sitting on the floor 😅 and squats were just fine cuz I was easily able to do 50 bit after 50 I passed out 😅

    I am gonna do this for a whole month until my school starts again
    Honestly my fingers are shaking while typing
    I actually wanted to lose weight and I was not getting any good exercise but I and confident now that I can do it by the end of august 2024 ❤

      Depends if you’re skinny or chubbier. If you’re fatter. Your butt will decrease along with your weight so yes it will get smaller. But if you’re skinny and just have a big butt yes it will probably increase along with your muscles. Good luck!❤️

    I'm very thin. Likee veryyyyyyyy thin. And I'm 20 year old. People around me doesn't let me live peacefully because of my weight. I want build some muscles. What if I try these excercises excluding burpees? Will I be able to build some muscles?

    it makes 0 sense to do this everyday. A muscle needs time to rest, any stress put on it in its resting phase has 0 positive effects, only negatives. so it should be switched everyday to allow 48 hours between muscles parts. E.g. Day 1 is leg and ass, Day 2 is arms, back and tummy, day 3 is leg and ass, etc.

    actually I also try jungkok workout seriously while I do workout at starting I cough so badly and breqth heavy but slowly I got better I leave my workout but I do again
    I suggest u to walk 1 hour before workout it's effective❤❤ good luck😅

    Tbh, it would get better after a while...i have being doing this workout combined with 3 more which takes me 1 hour 30mins and as the time passed, i have my dream body in 2-3 weeks if i am not wrong WITH 1 day gap after every week

    Broo I dont think it's good to straight up follow somebody else's routine, especially if it was Jungkook, man's so buffed and we obviously dont have the same strength as he does, so I think it's better to start off slowly as a beginner. Everyone's so obsessed with getting the results as soon as possible but bro, we all know it might cause some backlash on us, health wise. So yeah, as someone weaker than average people, I can't do that much exercise. So guys, remember to stay safe at all times and take care okaayy?

    Mh for anyone : honestly don't do that as a 7 day challenge if you are not used to working out. This put a lot of burden on your body and beginners surely need rest days.
    Just a little disclaimer because I've seen so many people trying his workout exercises 🎉

    His workout is a mess he doesn't even resistance train and there's like no intensity involved

    Day 2✅ today was the hardest now i'm going to eat something
    Day3✅
    Day 4✅ and yes i'm still doing it!
    Day 5❌
    Day 6❌
    Guys i was really busy so i couldn't exercise but i have to admit that my waist becomes lil smaller and my legs too !. Guys i'll keep doing this workout with 2 more days 💪 yeaaaahh

    I accept the fact that its warm up but boys have mush stronger stamina than girls
