From a muscle building perspective, yea no shit, you wouldn't derive results from this. As for endurance, I think it's fine but if you want to build muscle, I'd suggest you do like 1/4 of that as a warm up and do the rest after weight lifting.

But I also want to say that some people naturally very skinny (so if someone who wasn't trying to lose weight but weighed 105 lbs should not get skinny shamed). Also some people have eating disorders and comments like that can encourage them.

I did 200 squats before this will be a piece of cake right? I was sore for 3 days the time I did those many squats bad idea. Please do not try that, sitting will be hard especially if you have those low ass school seats
i have been doing this same exercise for almost month but i didn’t know jungkook had the same routine. i do few more extra exercises and 30 mins cardio with it. i do it because this was what my trainer told me to do for 4-5 times a week for 30 days. obviously my reps are little less than this. this doesn’t give you abs lol. it just makes you stronger and you might lose weight if you have proper diet aiming for it.

Depends if you’re skinny or chubbier. If you’re fatter. Your butt will decrease along with your weight so yes it will get smaller. But if you’re skinny and just have a big butt yes it will probably increase along with your muscles. Good luck!❤️

it makes 0 sense to do this everyday. A muscle needs time to rest, any stress put on it in its resting phase has 0 positive effects, only negatives. so it should be switched everyday to allow 48 hours between muscles parts. E.g. Day 1 is leg and ass, Day 2 is arms, back and tummy, day 3 is leg and ass, etc.
That's nothing compared to what I do and I am 12 year old girl I do 100 jumping jacks 30 burpees 20 jump squats 1 song plank 10 planks up and down 20 plank twists 75 crunches 5 pike pushups 20 squats 10 pushups 20 situps 25 Russian twists 30 sissors 50 arm circles 20 arm pushes (forward) 20 arm pushes (backwards) 100 side leg lifts (each side) 50 butt kicks 10 minute run 10 lunges (on each side)

Tbh, it would get better after a while...i have being doing this workout combined with 3 more which takes me 1 hour 30mins and as the time passed, i have my dream body in 2-3 weeks if i am not wrong WITH 1 day gap after every week
My trainer was like a monster because he always asked for 50 squats at once....oh gosh the pain afterwards. But thanks to him I can do 50 squats at once... before I used to fall while doing that but not now 😅

Technically, squats should not cause knee pain cuz it works out things & glutes. If it's causing knee pain it means you're doing it wrong.

You should start with the burpees. They are a really good exercise to warm up. The other exercises will feel easier after that.
