- Are you looking to build muscle in your legs? This seated leg press is an excellent way to strengthen your legs. In this video, we'll show you how to properly use this machine and give you a few tips on getting the most out of your workout.
The gym i go, i have to push through feet and is not seated leg press as you have shown, but thanks for increasing the knowledge
yep, just don't fully straighten your legs :)
So should one keep the knees slightly bent ?
@@user-xc1lb3vv8pyes, so you don't harm your knees
@user-xc1lb3vv8p that's what I've been told and that's what I do. You feel it better in your legs plus if you straighten your knee you can do more damage to the joint.
@@user-xc1lb3vv8pyes because it is safer and also less stress on the knees. If you are not careful and are leg pressing heavy weight while having your knees fully straightened or what many say "locking your knees" then you can get stuck if your legs give out which can put your knees at risk of breaking.
No you cant damage your joints when you straighten you legs even you can increase your joints strenght
On this machine are we also lifting our body weight? As on this machine i typically lift around 140kg which seems really heavy, whereas on angled leg press which is free weight i typically lift around 230kg, for reference i weigh 100kg, thanks in advance.
Don’t forget the arse plug when going heavy 👍
Nice
Never extend you leg fully or l9ck them specifically when you lifting heavy weight, never, keep sligh bend on knees
Worst machine ever
Whys that
@JamZ gaming seeing as his comment is 2 months old, he doesn't have an answer yet as to why it's the "worst" machine.
@@jiasd123 poor rom, bad lower spine angle, restricted progressive overload, uncomfortable starting position
One of the best machines for single leg leg presses wtf are you talking about lol
