A Lv5 Beast Master a has 80% chance on Advantage to steal the sword from Voss on Honour mode. If no Ranger in the party, receuit a hireling. The perk a Lv5 Beast Master get is Honey Paws on their bear which does not trigger a saving throw on Disarm, just has to land the hit (hence 80% on Advantage). Give the bear Bless. Throw an Invisible position at it. You can even park a Divinition Wizard close enough to trigger their Portent Die but keep it from triggering the cut scene to change that 80% on Advantage to 100% chance so long as your die is 17 or higher. No save scumming required. Got the sword on Honor mode with this method and I didnt even need to bring the Wizard.
You could go the generic fighter path. Action surge is pretty good. It usually takes 3-7 days to make a video through the research, testing, reviewing etc before I make notes to loosely script certain talking points I have my whole creative flow wrote down so I can cross off goals. I’m a personal trainer too so it’s something that helps keep me accountable to make good videos!
Maybe I don't understand something correctly, but isn't the Everburn Blade inferior to all the others because it isn't even +1? Is the Fire dmg bonus more valuable than a regular 2d6+4 instead of 2d6+3?
If you took GWM feat at lvl 4 then yes, +1 is better. If you took asi in strength then 1d4 is better. But if we're talking best greatsword set up up to act 3, Jorgoral's + GWM is King. That aoe cone is big enough to hit 5 enemies for full weapon damage + any other damage riders.
Everburn is overrated it's not even a +1. Early game chance to hit more important than raw damage. Svartlebee's much better early game though most people will need to look up how to get it . . .

I did throw a greatsword in C tier at the end to balance it a little
@@JasonDunna OH DUDE BELM. BELM IS SO GOOD! it's one of my favourites. Oh, and if we're talking BG1? The bow that lets you teleport to opponents to hit them, and the sword that loses control over your character? The beserking sword I think, it makes them hit anyone that's closest to them when combat begins. It's really good, but also reaally dangerous. Which is why Minsc wears it every time.
Oh wow the berserking sword sounds like my kinda weapon! Get karlach to throw me into the middle of enemies and go HAM
@@JasonDunna the berserking sword is my favourite! OH DUDE, Karlach throws you into battle and it deals 1 d4 extra blugdeoning damage lmaoao
Hey Jay best second class for level 7 wild heart barb? want to stay pure melee, just looking for something interesting. Oh and use great swords.
You could go the generic fighter path. Action surge is pretty good. Although its not as engaging
You could go throwzerker build involving tavern brawler and throwing with the frenzy barb + rogue
One more you could pursue is maybe monk barb build
If you're willing to respec you can go a druid 9/ wild heart barb 3 build and activate before wild shape.
You can never go wrong with 3 Rogue (Thief) splash for that extra bonus action, so strong on Barb
@@sidsgotgame8837 was actually thinking war cleric or pally or may be warlock, casting focused on buffs eh eh. Thanks for the input
@@ecbrown6151 Thief tiger use Phalar?
What heart? Tiger or bear?
Fighter is always solid if using great swords. I’m a fan of the throwzerker so taking 3 levels of rogue thief but you could also add in the gloom stalker ranger for burst damage on the first turn

Genuine question. How are you able to upload so much? I see that your videos are pretty simple in format, so they probably don't take long to edit after planning the video and recording, but you have to be spending a ton of time on this each day
Yeah I do spend a lot of time planning these! It usually takes 3-7 days to make a video through the research, testing, reviewing etc before I make notes to loosely script certain talking points
I have my whole creative flow wrote down so I can cross off goals. I’m a personal trainer too so it’s something that helps keep me accountable to make good videos!
I also stream Fridays Saturdays and Sundays (shameless plug)
Maybe I don't understand something correctly, but isn't the Everburn Blade inferior to all the others because it isn't even +1? Is the Fire dmg bonus more valuable than a regular 2d6+4 instead of 2d6+3?
If you took GWM feat at lvl 4 then yes, +1 is better. If you took asi in strength then 1d4 is better. But if we're talking best greatsword set up up to act 3, Jorgoral's + GWM is King. That aoe cone is big enough to hit 5 enemies for full weapon damage + any other damage riders.
When effects teir list? Wrath, heat, orbs.
I’m working on that one right now, I usually write it all out first before filming the video and it should be out this week!
@@JasonDunna LFG!
It’ll probably be on the weekend! Want to make sure I don’t miss anything

What about Phalar Aluve or Kethric Thorm’s great sword?
Phalar aluve is a long sword but easy S tier for its synergies. Ketherics warhammer?
nice video
Thanks so much Nicolas 🙏
Balduran's Giantslayer is one of the undisputed strongest weapons in the game.
Shame I don't use it because visually it looks like hot garbage.
I know right it’s so ugly. But it’s extremely strong
Everburn is overrated it's not even a +1. Early game chance to hit more important than raw damage. Svartlebee's much better early game though most people will need to look up how to get it . . .
Yeah that’s a good point. For the first sword you can find an extra 1d4 fire damage permanently is nice. It definitely has some fans because people request me to make builds for it all the time but it’s easily outclassed by other act 1 swords
you need time stamps
When I do that people watch the videos less and they perform worse. I might try it again sometime
