Great topic ranveer bhai 25 sep 2021 I was 126kg , i am just 33 years old and I felt like i am 100 plus. joint paint , breathing issues , fatigue , skin problems. Then I learnt about human anatomy , fitness , talked to doctors , and after one year of strength training, yoga , healthy diet. i am 79 kg with a lot of benefits. Fitness opens many doors in life. now my colleagues , my neightbours talk about me and ask me secret of being fit. I never been on junk food even I never drank cold and sweets in my entire life but I used to eat late night , and eating lot I controlled over eating and not eating junk food and carbonated drinks and sweets was an added advantage as I have no interest in junks so i am now in best shape of my life. I wasted more than 20 clothes month ago It was a waste but i was happy the results I achieved. you are a great fitness blogger because your concerned about normal healthy physique which is sustainable not so called ripped and steroid loaded body. I always watch your videos even I started weight lifting after watching your videos before that I was only on YOGA and too much walk. I trained myself through blood work and taking supplements accordingly and nutrients deficiency.
I am 6'1 and I weight around 83 kgs. I was around 91 in October. My weight lessened consistently these 2 months but recently my weight is not decreasing. Can you give me some tips about how to burn body fat?

@@oneman89_ : Intermittent Fast for atleast one month At start try 14 hours of fasting then gradually 16 and if possible stretch it to 18 hours and stop eating sugar containing meals Any sort of sugar not even natural sugar in the form of fruits as well. low your carb and lift weights four times a week. During IF you can have black coffee , lemon water , green tea only and water obviously. you will see results and a lot of health benefits and energy. At 83kgs you seem healthy and transformed as your are naturally done with your extra weight it will be quite hard to lose more weight so focus on energy and health Try Intermittent fasting for health benefits and you will obviously get the fat loss benefits as addon.

And one more thing wanted to say..I used to booz and smoke ciggis...but something made me quit it...and now if I try to consume..my body doesnt take it..that's when I think I should start to meditate and clear clutters..but yet postponing...
