1. Follow a guide for form 2. Add protein in every diet serving . 3.always be hydrated , urine colour . 4. Add fiber . 5. Calorie surplus for weight gain . 6. Perform compound movements , isolation movements . 7. Be consistent . 8. Include variations and combinations of different exercises .
@@shubhsharma2130 I got to know that I must practice bodyweight first. So I'm doing home workout with 6 months of streak right now... And I started seeing the effects from 3rd month or so. Keep your diet fulfilling and rich in protein and workout everyday for 30 mins.
What you just said Same thing I am following from 5.5 year only simple healthy food, vegetarian ,no supplement daily workout . initially instead of heavy Weight i used light weight and worked on my form no ego lifting at all.till now no injuries due to that. I would suggest you don't do gym i mean there are no side effects but when you gym your body becomes stiff i am in 12 and i want to increase my height i did gym for 1 year in 11 my body became stiff i stopped in boards and now body became flexible due to which height increased faster
