    Testosterone levels in body increases when the fat percentage in the body falls down. These are inversely proportional to eachother. So start reducing fats in the body by walking and doing pushups, pullups, or lifting dumbells or any kind of exercises in the gym or at home. When fats reduce on stomach, and muscles builds then boosts testosterone.

      Ghee and Egg Yolk are good sources of fat.
      The body fat (the fat seen on your body or underneath) is dangerous and detrimental to T level. Take sun bath evey morning. Its free and takes only 5 to 10 in Summer.
      Do cardio as well. We human beings are made for walking long distance and running quick for a short period; biologically saying.

    Saturated fats are misunderstood.
    They increase testosterone. Period.
    Some of the good sources:- Egg yolk, cold pressed virgin coconut oil, whole milk.

    I am an avid follower of Huberman lab podcast. I agree with everything except refraining from saturated fat. Saturated fats like ghee in moderation is good for testosterone

    My Maa makes peanut butter by blending roasted peanuts, roasted flax seeds, cinnamon sticks and some salt... Salt is optional.
    -Morning you can have them with bananas
    -In snacks add a spoon with Maggie😜
    -Spread a spoon on chapati
    -Add them with oats ya milk shakes

    Correct info - Saturated fats are more beneficial in testosterone production. Its about transfats which packed foods contain, not saturated fats.
    Yes but saturated fats should be limited to up to 16 percent of daily caloric intake as recommended by FDA

    Hi, Ranveer really liked this video but the thing is that those who work in IT sector for them regulating their melatonin level is tough, for me after doing my night shifts I come home and do some home workouts and then after my lunch go to sleep and try to take 6 hours of sleep.       Night is the best time for sleep but Alternatively, you can do 1. Buy some black out curtains. Make the room dark like night 2. Make room sound proof 3. Lower the temperature of the room... More the darkness, better the melatonin. Last but not least do some meditation (chant sholka for 108 times) before sleeping.
      Try this and see the quality of sleep. Thank me later

    Simple to increase testosterone - shilajit , ashwagandha and tribulus terrestris .Daily routine consumption is very much important good amount of green vegetables ,fruits ,nuts(Mamra Badam,Walnut),milk,panner,Tofu ,egg and meat .Along with food consumption daily WORK OUT and Good 8-9 hours of sleep is really important

    Well I am a himachali, but when it comes to vegan diet follow haryanivs, there diet, like badam ragda, dudhi, dry fruits, milk but it is all Desi diet and only available in villages, and for those living in urban areas can go for what he is saying, but vegan and pure vegan can be followed only in villages of India

    1. Good workout routine that includes weights and cardio
    2. Prioritize sleep 7-8 hr sleep No screen 1 hr before sleep
    3. Add Healthy fats Especially egg yolks or nuts
    4. Avoid processed food / junk / saturated fat food
    5. Avoid Testo booster supplements. Instead use natural ayurvedic supplements like Ashwagandha , Shilajit
    ( Pro tip not included in video but. Works like magic Tonga ali powder )

    I totally agree, it’s about an overall healthy lifestyle, unfortunately in India Health=Only Gym. Gym is great but healthy lifestyle is not just limited to gym. Cardio, strength training, yoga any exercise is good. Most importantly eat healthy & don’t jump on steroids & look after your health.

You should focus on being slightly leaner than you are, Ranveer. You shouldn’t try to overshoot the upper limit of testosterone levels because that
