This comes from a 22 year old guy, who was once in not a really happy state comparing to last few years I never visualized myself as someone who can do big things in life in coming time or what.Once being blown up any kind of criticism, never able to digest negative opinions from the people. In 2022 I started surfing youtube a lot where I saw some meditation suggestion videos and beerbiceps came at the very top. Your podcasts, your thoughts, Your personality and words have made a big spark in my life. I just can't imagine any day without listening to your thoughts.Meditation practices, My Fitness journey including my diet life and many more. All these practices went possible just because of you brother. A big thanks again from my end for changing My LIfe.
