So when I was in poland we traded MREs with the Polish army. We gave them like spinach fettuccini and some other not so desirable MREs. I got the polish army Beef Goulash and it was actually pretty good imo

Or you can apply for a reference number from the FDA and get it shipped to US. It used to be very lax then come 2004 when they really stuck down the barrel after they passed the bioterrorism law back in 2003.

The only thing I can relate that cracker to by your description is stone cookies, really hard cookies, if you eat it, prepare to hurt your teeth, but if you got strong teeth and a strong jaw, you can enjoy crunching on them.

The "paper" on fruit bar is made of rice flour and is perfectly edible. It prevents your hands from getting sticky if you drop the packaging.
