11:05 am Alaska. Love the way you use ingredients that the common guy can use, especially like your mashed potato recipes that use packet potatoes! Anybody can cook! Your an inspiration to the common man. NOW WOULD PLEASE MAKE RAVIOLI. It's one of my fond memories as a child. My mom used to make them. Thank you. Tom
Guys like Sam made cooking not so intimidating to me. Once I was willing to just go for it and be ok with fking some things up as I learned (and am still learning, certainly no expert) it because so much less stressful, fun, and at the end you've got a nice tasty treat that you crafted yourself. What's not to love about that?!
When I was growing up my mom would fry haddock in cornflakes. It was fantastic. Can't wait to try this ground chicken recipe. Love your show all the way from Halifax Nova Scotia
You can do fried chicken and chicken fried steak with conflakes too. You can sub the eggwash with mayo (which is of course made of eggs) or mustard. Idk the science on why mustard works but it does lol
I have used Lays baked sour cream and cheddar chips crushed up as breading on chicken thighs in the air fryer and was delicious! You can spice it up a bit by using jalapeno and cheddar chips.
Sam, I once made keto deep fried chicken by using pork rinds as the coating. The trick is to stick them in the oven on low heat for like ~15-20 minutes to get some of the extra moisture out. Then crush them up real good. I also used some parmesan cheese mixed in for the breading.
Lol. Just wondering if this would be the same practice as one would do for crab cakes, or does the protein in chicken hold better so you can just throw through the double breading without leakage if yall get what I'm saying
Good day Sam, becoming a big fan of the channel. Tried this last night and it was outstanding. There is so much potential to infuse other flavors into this party and make it my own from changing up the sauce to infusing other flavors into the chicken. I will look at making nuggets as well. Thanks for all the great content and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Can you add a link to the video you mentioned with the 'giant pork rind' for me, please? I thought I'd watched ALL your videos, but I don't recall that one. Love you Sam and the boys. Keep up the good work.
Next time you are in Orlando, go to any puertorican restaurants and try what we call a tripleta. It's a sandwich made of 3 different meats (steak, chicken and pork) it originated in Puerto Rico. It is delicious, you a home made sauce called mayo-ketchup, pretty simple to make, the name says it all, ketchup and mayo mixed together, some people add garlic to it and it makes it even better. I would love to see you make that sandwich. Ohhh yeah the best to use is Puerto Rican bread called Pan Sobao, which is a soft sweet bread, so delicious
I would love to see how the chicken looked in the burger after cooking. I'm a bit Leary to make this. Although the crunch sounded good. Got a shot of it post air fryer and bite?
I don't try everything that Sam and his team make/recommend but this one intrigued me. Chicharrones in a "ground" chicken patty? Really? So I made them for dinner tonight. So: Yes, really. Absolutely amazing. Well done!
Sam..love all ur videos....where can i get that black prep stone that's always front and center in all videos..is it granite? Would love to have one Arn
I've done this a bunch of times with either thighs or just rotisserie chicken run through the processor to make a variation of Loco Moco. I leave out the gravy but it's the non-breaded chicken patty on rice with a fried egg on top. 😋😋 . What was that oven that was used in this video? I saw that the brand was covered an STGC piece of tape.
That would be called a Chicken Burger. They were one of my favorite things on the school lunch menu lol. When you saw that written on the whiteboard by the cafeteria you know it was a good day!
I haven't read the comments so I don't know whether this is a repeat idea. How about the same recipe using self ground pork? Here we have what's called "country ribs" which are boneless pork strips, kinda like the chicken thighs. They can be a bit fatty but are so good.
Can these be flash frozen with the breading on and cooked in the air fryer from frozen?? Will the breading be any good if these are meal prepped in this way?
Turned out good, should have froze or cooled them off longer, and my four/egg/four/egg to crumbs didnt stick as well as i needed but going to give it another shot. !!!!
Thst is really a very pretty burger not too atukked like most of them, You could add anothe topptng like s dlice of cheese or bacon many other things will work
made these today minus the pork rinds. very difficult to get the grinded up corn flakes to stick to the outside of the patties, and I felt like it needed much longer in the air fryer but overall a pretty tasty samich!
Definitely one of your best if not the best! My favorite sandwich all time is the Burger King Original which is basically ground chicken with breading like this. So underrated. I make this at home much like this all the time.
Air fryers have always been tiny convection ovens. I’m guessing with the smaller volume they get better circulation, maybe faster air flow, but it’s the same concept
At no point do we even see the cooked result of the chicken. No one's going to knock their own recipe but the audience could glean a lot about how appetizing it looks if we got to see what it looks like after that bite was taken or if it had been cut in half.
I often comment on various channels about the terms burger and sandwich and how they are no longer used correctly so... here goes. This one is technically both lol. It's ground and formed into patty, yesh, that ish burger. Ish also battered and fried, yesh, thassa sammie. You found the exception old friend. Merry Xmas to you and your people.
Am I the only one who noticed the boot prints on the cutting board at the end in black and white extra footage? Poor Sam got a little extra flavor! Lol
So once yall breaded the chicken patties, did yall throw em in directly into the air fryer? I'm trying to look for an easier, "healthier" version for a 4 person dinner this Christmas, and if I could nail this it would be the bomb diggity lol
Love it! Bring on more airfryer meal recipes!🙏
I'd say as long as the meat is ground, you're fine calling it a burger. A whole chicken breast I would call a chicken sandwich.

I just made this for lunch at work, but I'd love to see your take on a buffalo chicken cheesesteak.
Hey Sam! I have a suggestion for a future video:
Make your favourite filet mignon 🥩+sauce recipes (3 ways) !
Greetings from San Diego California 👏 👍

we are doing that tonight for sure just going to add pickle to it but thanks stcg
Would absolutely love a popcorn chicken recipie for the air fryer, would suit it well! Maybe shake them around to get an even cripsyness halfway
I have used Lays baked sour cream and cheddar chips crushed up as breading on chicken thighs in the air fryer and was delicious! You can spice it up a bit by using jalapeno and cheddar chips.
I just made them and my brothers and I loved them!
Thank you 4 including a complete recipe.....

that's exactly what I was thinking, just use the pork rinds for the breading but some pork rinds are very greasy.
A McChristmas Chicken Samich!!!! Right boys?
But Better - so much better than McTrashass's.
RIGHT
It's missing the cranberry sauce lol
Lol. Just wondering if this would be the same practice as one would do for crab cakes, or does the protein in chicken hold better so you can just throw through the double breading without leakage if yall get what I'm saying
Love the air fryer content!
Sam, the wife actually made these tonight and they were AWESOME! Thank you for the recipe and Happy Holidays!

Such a positive, heartfelt comment. 10/10
You crack me up !! 1:14 love the show ,anytime you can work with your boys is absolutely awesome,I love working with my son!!🤙🏼🤘🏼
I have been fighting a bad stomach bug this past week and it’s been hard to look at food but this looks delicious to me still lol
Got an air fryer for Christmas..... I've been eating wings EVERYDAY since, with celery, of course. Got to get your veggies 😊
I’m trying this tonight but instead of pork rinds I’m trying French fried onions. I’ll let you know!
Yep,
I just used the cheap-o French fried onions and they gave a nice flavor and texture. Boom
Can you add a link to the video you mentioned with the 'giant pork rind' for me, please? I thought I'd watched ALL your videos, but I don't recall that one. Love you Sam and the boys. Keep up the good work.

The bowls were the first thing I noticed, look great!
I would love to see how the chicken looked in the burger after cooking. I'm a bit Leary to make this. Although the crunch sounded good. Got a shot of it post air fryer and bite?
Making these right now. Looks amazing and I expect it to taste amazing. Deff needs more than 7 min a side though on mine. Must’ve made them too thick
We need more veggie forward dishes to mix it up! I love the meat dishes, but it would be great to see some other types of videos too!
I don't try everything that Sam and his team make/recommend but this one intrigued me. Chicharrones in a "ground" chicken patty? Really? So I made them for dinner tonight. So: Yes, really. Absolutely amazing. Well done!
I just made these and stocked the freezer with them. Hooly dooly, 10/10.
Long time listener ,I just wanted to wish you and family and crew Merry Christmas!
I second the request for chicken cordon Bleu!
That's the most beautiful chicken sandwich I've seen. 😮
Thank you Max, for the variety of bowls.
Sam..love all ur videos....where can i get that black prep stone that's always front and center in all videos..is it granite?
Would love to have one
Arn
Merry Christmas, Sam, Max, and Chance!
wonderful series team - can you at some stage do jalapeno or habanero poppers?
🎉Suggestion: you need to try Guajillo Chili Powder. Not quite as much heat, but a deep, round flavor. Great in chili too.
I try to never miss a sams cooking video I hate videos where they make food and don't taste it how do we know its good if you don't eat some
I agree....but would they really say if it was bad? Lol
great recipe boss, will attempt it today, cheers
Sandwich looks awesome! I would love to see chicken cordon bleu
Can you please make an at home Mongolian BBQ like you would find at Great Khans? It would be amazing.
Hey Sam, Love the channel but why not just buy ground chicken and save the time of cutting and processing?
Love all the recipes. Could I cook it in a regular oven if I don't have an air fryer?
Thanks,
Awesome and stuff. Merry Christmas and War Eagle!
Loving the Videos guys. What air fryer is that? I’m looking everywhere for it and can’t find it 😩
I think I found it. Take a look at: Sur La Table 13 Quart Air Fryer with Easy Open Door.
On the right track with that make. The buttons look the same but without a swing door. Thanks friend. 👍🏻
I'd love some more Greek/Cypriot inspired recipes Sam! Love the channel
Hey Sam/Max- how about Chicken Kiev- Fried & air fryer versions? Or Mini Kievs like you can buy in the UKs supermarkets. Keep up the great work!
looks great. i will try this but by deep fry, i dont use an air fryer.
I've done this a bunch of times with either thighs or just rotisserie chicken run through the processor to make a variation of Loco Moco. I leave out the gravy but it's the non-breaded chicken patty on rice with a fried egg on top. 😋😋

Merry Christmas Sam, Sons of Sam, & Chance!
Love this guy! God Bless & Merry Christmas, Fam!
man that breading is genius
I ❤a good fried chicken sandwich…this looks absolutely delicious!
Yes heck yes ! Slice of tomato needed and, hey make the stickers.
On my list for when I get home.
Going to have to start using my processor more! Great way to ground chicken
That would be called a Chicken Burger. They were one of my favorite things on the school lunch menu lol. When you saw that written on the whiteboard by the cafeteria you know it was a good day!
This looked soooo good, it aesthetically reminded me of the ebi fillet you ate at the McDonald’s in japan in the Japanese fast food episode

Just made this today for dinner! It was #amazing
Made these last night and they were fantastic. Going into the regular rotation!
Guys! Which air fryer is that? Thank you and happy holidays!
Day 720!! Please make chicken cordon bleu!!
I’m with you dank .. voted for Chicken Cordon Bleu just for you .. following from New Orleans!
How about doing grilled portobello mushroom caps with a spicy pork sausage. Do you magic with it.
Add this to the list of things to try.
Boy am I glad I bought an air fryer. This one is going on my to-make list.
Any problem if I was to add a slice of tomato on the top?
The chemical reaction of the gene-specific acid in the tomato slice with the crushed pork rinds will cause an Explosion 💥. 😮
Can these be flash frozen with the breading on and cooked in the air fryer from frozen?? Will the breading be any good if these are meal prepped in this way?
I wont be chicken to try this one out eh!! - this will be on the menu tonight! thanks from all the way up in South Porcupine Ontario CND !!
Turned out good, should have froze or cooled them off longer, and my four/egg/four/egg to crumbs didnt stick as well as i needed but going to give it another shot. !!!!
im definitely going to make it friday 😫
Please add 3 thinly sliced dill pickle 'nickels'! YUM!
Thst is really a very pretty burger not too atukked like most of them, You could add anothe topptng like s dlice of cheese or bacon many other things will work
Since we live in the land Dungeness, should be fantastic. Thank Chef John
Tongue Party Fiesta and Umami Uprising - awesome bands, I saw them at the Troubadour!
made these today minus the pork rinds. very difficult to get the grinded up corn flakes to stick to the outside of the patties, and I felt like it needed much longer in the air fryer but overall a pretty tasty samich!
Definitely one of your best if not the best! My favorite sandwich all time is the Burger King Original which is basically ground chicken with breading like this. So underrated. I make this at home much like this all the time.
What brand of air fryer are you using on this episode?
I make this often but use jalapeño kettle chips as the binder and the breading.
That bun is going to be so so so salty
Great alternative to beef all the time. ❤❤❤❤❤
Would you make a video of how you make Shrimp ceviche?
Looks delicious I cant wait to try it
That bite sounded delicious
I want that specific air fryer with the side opening door, does anyone know who makes it? Still looking on amazon.
I vote for chicken cordon blue too and pasta puttanesca
Looks amazing. Love your content, Sam.
Hey Sam,is it possible to make a dish with popcorn as one of the main ingredients?
Great looking burger, but what kind of time piece is that you are wearing?
So why don’t you make Chicken Cordon Bleu? Must be a good story behind it!
Nice bowls Max!
I’ll try this chicken sandwich cause damn it looks so good!
At what point an airfryer becomes a tiny oven??😂😂
Air fryers have always been tiny convection ovens. I’m guessing with the smaller volume they get better circulation, maybe faster air flow, but it’s the same concept
Chicken salad on the same brioche roll a lot flavor Captain crunch be in the cereal
Excellent work as always kids!
I'd like to see a fried salmon Pattie video!
OK. That looks legit
Just make the chicken cordon bleu already! 🤣
706 requests … awe man! Now I’m with Dank .. wanna see some chicken cordon bleu now
Me too! 😂
4:05 What's up with that fugazi watch? Looks a tad off.
At no point do we even see the cooked result of the chicken. No one's going to knock their own recipe but the audience could glean a lot about how appetizing it looks if we got to see what it looks like after that bite was taken or if it had been cut in half.
Please make the cordon bleu... But make it bigger than the chintzy frozen ones that are wrong on so many levels... I know it'll be good.😊
I often comment on various channels about the terms burger and sandwich and how they are no longer used correctly so... here goes. This one is technically both lol. Am I the only one who noticed the boot prints on the cutting board at the end in black and white extra footage? Poor Sam got a little extra flavor! Lol
Anyone from the uk know where i can get a spray can like that, ive tried so many and its not a spray it more of a line of oil that comes out
So once yall breaded the chicken patties, did yall throw em in directly into the air fryer? I'm trying to look for an easier, "healthier" version for a 4 person dinner this Christmas, and if I could nail this it would be the bomb diggity lol
