I was with my ex for 2 years. Since we broke up he just came out and said he fell out of love with me. He said it so easily and calm like it was nothing. Oh and he said i caused him to fall out of love. However its been a year and a half since and every month he will try and contact me. I have blocked him and he will then text or call from someone elses phone. He never says he wants me back i just dont get it.

Awesome advice! Man did I do allllll the wrong things following the breakup. We were still living together up until 3 weeks ago since the breakup in mid March so it was difficult to separate myself from the situation while still seeing him everyday. Since he’s moved I’ve been able to start focusing on me and working on becoming the greatest me. Last week we kind of got into it he said he doesn’t love me and he doesn’t want me to contact him so I’ve backed off although he texted me later apologizing and saying he’s still upset. So I’m in day 3 “no contact” the reason I say it like that is because he stopped by the house yesterday unannounced for no reason at all. How can I do no contact properly if he randomly pops up or if he comes to pick up mail or something he’s left here?! I want him to notice the changes as they come but I don’t know what to say or do when he stops by. Any advice?

We talked lightly for about a week, but I can tell she is becoming distant and is not becoming more attracted to me. I’m wondering if I should go back into no contact and tell her to reach out to me if she wants to talk about getting back together, or if we should keep talking as friends and keep trying to re attract her. Hector I’m not an expert, but I think if you aren’t building strong emotional connections while being friends, than that friendship is hurting your chances. I think you should give her the break up and make her miss you.
That's exactly what my ex does, and my worst mistake is being needy so i begged and pleaded him to come back to me but I think I just pushed him away more. So I composed myself and told him to just contact me if he changed his mind. We see each other everyday and I can see that he's really happy and I fear that the time I'm giving him will only make him move on from me. Thank you, Coach Alex!

Can you do a video on break ups do to depression and mental illness? My ex broke up with me 2 months ago during a have phase of depression. We had a really good relationship but He felt that he couldn’t be the person I deserved. He told me he was coping in unhealthy ways and felt his depression would ruin our relationship. I tried to convince him that I’d be there for him but he pushed me away anyways. He said he would get better and show me. Told my best friend he planned to do so, but it’s been two months and nothing... I believe he got a rebound 3 weeks after we broke up and is still with her. It makes me sad not because I’m threatened by the girl but because it means he’s distracting himself from working on his issues. I on the other hand have been working on myself and growing from this process. I wanted him back but he doesn’t seem to want to change so it’s making me want to let go and move on. My heart is torn.
I am in the same boat... he told me yesterday after 7 years that the spark/flame is gone, but he does still love me.
We had a fight 6 months ago, and he told me that that has been on his mind for the past 4 weeks. He waited with telling me this cause he said he needed to make sure first before opening his mouth.
He tole me i have hurted him mentally since then. Even though we had closure back then about the fight.
He met another girl on his job, she is on the edge of getting homeless, and asked me if i know anyone who can help her getting a place for her own. He said this has nothing to do with him telling me the spark is gone- but when i went deeper into that story, he said he recognizes me in her(i was homeless too).
I feel kinda.. speachless. We have a very good relationship, we never fight(that fight i talked about was our only fight ever), we talk about anything, we give eachother freedom, he can hang with his friends how long he wants, i dont mind if he comes home at night or not. I dont even question him, nor he question me.
We are faithfull.
But i am depressed. By how the world is torn apart right now and it does make us both feel powerless(his words) and i understand completely.
I told him i will work on it and stop talking about the endless problems in the world.
He appreciated that, he also said its not because he doesn't want not to hear it- its just too much and it involves real human lives. Its too much and too dark.
I will certainly work on it, i will try to be more what he needs(i guess positive support?)instead of being that problem myself.
I don't know if you read this.. but i hope you are not affected this much from the depression anymore, i can only hope you respond..

I tried my level best to erase him from my mind .. getting busy, surrounded by people, waking early in mrg, doing yoga ,meditation ,lot of stuff but nothing worked for me . Love Advice TV I have seen it I've only seen one video regarding that and it was "1" story that was told. I watched most of these videos...But Just because u give us advice doesn't mean it will work on our ex. I payed for a coaching session and I wasted my money and time it wasn't with you guys it was with Coach Craig But we pay all this money and there is "No Guarantee" we will get our ex back. Most relationship coaches Give false hope to these people...

I broke up with him on my birthday (we had a huge fight and insulted me so bad), not because i don't love him anymore but because i felt he didn't and he confirmed it. Result : i feel like the one who's been dumped because he didn't have the courage to do it. An hour later i told him i regreted and he was the one saying it was for the best. He was so cold and distant even in the breakup and after it's like he never cared for me at all.

Muskan X We did have a couple great talks after the breakup about everything. Then went on a fantastic date. I tried to talk her out a couple more times but said she was busy the first time with her family, and didn’t reply the second. I’ve been NC now for 2 weeks.
Trayl Grace look the date showed effort. She is saying she is busy etc because she wants you to chase her. I would love my ex to chase me. I was neglected time and affection and he left me himself fr financial reasons but i know the feeling. Dont go silent on her because shes the one feeling unloved so you need to make sure she is feeling loved. Never reach out in the night! Send her a loving message in the morning, tell her you want to talk, tell her your feelings, give her the love she was neglected by and try fixing it. She is using NC on you! You need to chase her but instead you are doing it back to her so it wont go anywhere. You need to reach out!!! Thats the best advice i can give you.

She said that she’s had a gut feeling we aren’t meant for eachother but that she doesn’t wanna break up without trying and a bunch of other stuff. Trayl Grace listen, she is not convinced that you will change so you need to prove it to her that you HAVE changed! Do not say i will change blahblah. It needs to be i already have. An ex needs the clarification their ex has changed thats how they want you back. In the two week of NC, have you messaged her? yes she may want time but she is saying things because shes hurt so dont take it to heart. Build the attractive to her. Prove to her you have changed and dont RUSH as no one changes overnight. Also do not be needy. Dont message late at night either, it doesnt make you look good.

To close this off. I was told that she had resentment towards me due to our past arguments and was told she couldn’t have me in her life until she forgot about it. I’m in no contact, from the second she told me this. Should I quit thinking this relationship has any hope? I’m willing to work it out but I’m also willing to keep moving if this is wrong to pursue, I don’t want to do any damage.
