Cheers. Loom is a great way to communicate . Value giving to one stranger without a sales offer is a risky business and they will take your value with a nice thank you and pass it on to their current designer to fix it. I've been there done that many times. When you do something like this never beat around the bushes. Just do a 5 minute demo to highlight and in the same video be honest about your intentions of what you do and how you can help. Your conversion rate will be low but your sales will be higher than value giving only. They can see from miles away that eventually you want their money if you do value giving only. So best to be professional and transparent about. The book way of the Wolf is right about being direct and honest of intention.

How do you send your videos ? I have been using mail shake to send them and follow up but my open rate seems super down.
Be interested to hear how you do it
I often use gmass because it allows for automated follow ups.
Are you checking the email address is active by using something like snov.io to make sure it is likely to land in an inbox. Also are you using a intriguing subject line to peak interest to get someone to click?

Yeah I use Apollo.Io which verifies emails on the spot to scrape leads
I have my emails guy looking into the issue now
I have split test a few subject lines but the best I have found so far is Website Discussion?
Been doing videos today btw and the structure has defiantly helped to pull it together and add more value so thank you for that

@@william_SMMA yea I ended up just typing it myself. Kinda counterproductive to show the template in the video and not share it lol I did make a few personal tweaks to my version though (I included key points and ideas from other vids) so I guess that was a plus.
