    I dont why I feel like crying while watching this video. I am feeling so much better. It fascinates me how people know what I (/anyone)want to hear and how they put that in the exact same words.. like they can read our minds. Sometimes, we are unable to put our feelings and thoughts in words but while listening to them there is this inner voice which says "oh this is exactly what I was going thru" . I feel so seen. Thank you so much 🙏

    I feel so much empathy for those experiencing and suffering
    from anxiety/panic disorder. I suffered a period of intense anxiety and panic
    attacks myself some years ago and then I discovered yoga which transformed my
    life🙏 and gave me the coping skills I needed. Namaste’

      @@ranidr it was Hatha Yoga and took approx 3 months before I had the panic attacks/anxiety under control. I went on to train as a yoga teacher and have never suffered since.

    Always keep in mind; when you have a panic attack, you won't die. When you keep that in mind every time when you get a panic attack, your panic attacks will go away.

    Oh my god, hansaji. Your videos helped me stay sane and pain free.
    I was suffering with severe sciatica pain and stumbled upon your video, I practiced the yogic postures you recommended and I’m pain free at the moment.
    I’m however suffering with anxiety and I stumbled upon this video now, I’m sure I’ll become stronger from within. Anxiety is dangerous, especially if you have history of heart disease in the family.

    Very well explained,
    I just had a panick attack and noticed there was a sharp pain (left side of chest) though momentarily, I put on the pulse oximeter and noticed heart rate was 234, It was very confusing hands and feet were cold though not shivering,
    I knew I've to divert my concentration , so I'm currently writing my experience here , and the simple controlled breathing was of great help.

    Remedies for Panic Attack: Drink coffee, sip water slowly, smell mild perfume, sing soft songs, pranayama, move out to open-air, think with forehead, focus attention (think present)

      Coffee is not recommended, It aggravates the panic attack.. One simple tip to follow is counting numbers from back.. Pick a random number like 8753.. and starting counting it reverse.. As suggested by mam it keeps u focused on present... .. It might take 30 seconds to 1 minute to calm down...

      Neetu, Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. During your daily activity at home or office keep observing your breath with eyes open or closed. Best part is mood swings also reduce after daily meditation. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    I got so much relaxed by listening to story and moral.. Thanks from bottom of my heart amma.. I'm feeling shortness of breath from 3days and lungs pain I think.. Because of tension I think. Ecg saturation are normal.. Don't know what other test need to be done.. But thanks so much

    I love this teacher, she goes streight to the point to help peoples problems. She dont go around and around like others. I was listening Sadhguru but his very comercial, its interesting to listen but thats it, dont do much for everiday well being.

    I was never a scared child. And it never happened that I would get scared of anything, but now in the middle of 2 months I got two panic attacks. First attack was very dangerous it was scary and then I didn't even know what is panic attack but was doing my studies in a day suddenly i started feeling like i felt something bad is going to happening it increase my heart beat It was getting faster, I thought I was going to die. Tears were coming from my eyes. Even after breathing quickly, I feel that I am not breathing. I was breathing very fast and still there was suffocation inside. My chest was pounding, I felt that someone could take my heart out of my chest because it was beating very fast, I was crying I was feeling dizzy, I was trembling, I felt my mother's face and I thought this was my last time. But no one in the house paid attention to what I am doing, what is happening to me. I closed my eyes, tried to calm my heart, I did myself well by taking a long deep breath, then it took me an hour to become normal. But I was very confused that what had happened then came to know । And today I just got another panic attack. I was happy after listening to the song, suddenly again a feeling came that something bad is going to happen, slowly it has increased today I felt that I should not die today.       Bro some suggestions for you
      1) Pounding heart doesn't kills someone it's just a heart beating fast as you are a child and you can imagine when you run fast or do exercise at that time your heart beats the same as when you have panic attack. Does running fast kills you? No it's just a thought in your mind my brother when you run you ignore your heart beats.. All I want to say is just ignore the heart beats and trust the process it's because you thinking that way.... Keep yourself busy and never let the mind think. All of these thinkings are just timepas just stay away from negative thoughts and concentrate in your studies and play and have fun.. Be happy brother 😊

    I am also having panic attacks because of the work pressure that i had at my office and Iam unable to sleep
    While sleeping i have hot panic attack which there is a massive increase in heart rate and then i have turned youtube on and search for what to fo at the time of panic attack and then i found this video which is very useful and it helped for me

    Had a terrific panic attack in sleep. Got up. Scrolled up mobile to distract and found this video. I want to live a fear free life. This way am always in fear of next panic attack 😭

      Apeksha i have also had same but i cured it .just distract with substraction number or multiplication like 100-65,12*44 .its really works.
