    Depending on what's happening in my life at the moment, the cortisol in my stomach may be at very high levels in the morning, often to the point where I eventually "lose" my coffee. 🤢
    At least this explains why I STILL have the "little belly" even after losing almost 80 pounds!

      Limit caffeine intake, get enough sleep, nutrient rich diet, omega-3 and vitamin D, stress management techniques like meditation! Lots of options!
