I leased a 2021 XC60 Polestar and decided to lease another XC60, I now have the 2024 XC60 Ultimate. I am disappointed with some of the software changes…even less customization…the driver display now only has a choice between map or no map. The app on the phone also took away features like diagnostics and information that was made available in the 2021 version. I disappointed b/c I didn’t expect less features. But I love my ventilated seats, shifter knob, improved ride quality, and the GUI interface has improved.
After 2022 model year production, people say that the introduction of Android automotive ruined this car. Because of some software bugs that slowly are being solved by Volvo. But this XC60 from 2018 2019 2020 and 2021 model year production, with Volvo's Sensus Infotainment system, this car was amazing. Everyone says it and i agree. I have one from 2019 model year. More refined and luxurious, with certain details, like for example the brushed aluminium pedals that are no longer available in the face-lift model year production of 2022 2023 and 2024. Or the fluffy carpet white stitching all around floor mats. Good looking premium medium suv. A great car 👍 👌

It’s never reliable. We had a S80L back in 2010s, many minor problems.
