- This is a non detailed review and install of a sync 2- sync3 upgrade. This was purchased from eBay. Took about 3 weeks to get here. The install took me about an hour and everything worked flawlessly. Provided seller with vin.

Thinking about getting one for my 13 ford explorer. Any issues gets hot? Sync 3? The ones here cost about $700 😮
How has it held up? I've seen others go for 1600 dollars while the link you showed is only 600 bucks. Was your reverse camera lines always static? Cuz mine moves when you turn the steering wheel.
@sifaka so far so good man. I havent had any complaints. There is something funky going on with the GPS, but I think its due to the placement. Read some forums and I may just remove the GPS module and just use my phone. Other than that I have been very happy. It looks like inflation took this as well and its up in price, but still well worth the price imo.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing get the GPS work because mine don't have a GPS and I wanted a GPS in it if you don't have the seat warmer and it don't have the heated steering wheel so I don't know what all comes with the sync 3 cuz I was about to order it and I was wondering what all comes with it and could you give me an insight and where can I get one love your video man thank you for waking me up
Hey man,
When you order it on eBay you get the vin to the person. The vin shows all of the features of your vehicle on the ford website. They then copy that to the image of the sync unit. So it will only work with what you have
Does yours get really hot while using android auto or apple car play. Mine does wondering if it's normal.

What about it. Does it still work? Answer is yes. It’s a little more updated, but it doesn’t swing with the vehicle, it’s still static.
