    Wow! What a great way to wake up and get ready for a long workday. I still struggle with moving that peddle down with my stomach on teaser, my arms just want to help! Lol.

    I feel like this is long enough to feel like a decent workout for days you don’t have time but short enough to do if you don’t have tons of inspiration that day….it’s a Goldilocks workout! Just right!
