    I found you on Pilatesology a couple years ago and you are absolutely my favorite Wunda Chair instructor! Please keep up the Wunda Chair workouts - I'd love to see more. Thank you for sharing these!

    I always love your workouts. This one is a perfect early morning switch your body on workout or would be great after a day on of online classes! Definitely will look out for the longer ones too. thank you! xxx
