As someone who’s going peri-menopause let me tell you it’s important to take care of yourself workout incorporate those weights and healthy diet . You can get it as early as your 30’s . Thank you Dulce for talking about how your mom is going thru menopause. I always love that you encourage everyone to take care of themselves not matter their age .

Going through very difficult time but watching all the 6 month plan videos has really helped me. I’ve always been that girl who get so excited to plan goals and improve myself but I’ve gone through a really rough phase for almost 2 years now.

Hi dulce I've been doing lot meditation and aromatherapy. Quik question for aromatherapy I use natural oils like lavender but also I do aromatherapy with hair smelling. The aroma of the shampo and conditioner is relaxing do you think hair smelling is good aromatherapy? Also do you smell your hair for aromatherapy? Thankk you
