Thanks to everyone that made the effort and took the time to show us these beautiful old girls. There’s a few miles that’s been clocked up amongst that lot.
Yes lets hear modern trucks sound that good, or the electric ones sound -- oh wait they don't make a sound unless they are burning, oops guess I should behave. Thanks for the video Steve see ya on the next one
Thanks Steve great walk around at the show your presentation is impressive,a good collection of the past road transport industry, and i can proudly say ive driven models of all the Trucks you presented makes me so happy to see them still going Cheers kym Adelaide
* Ya almost killed me Steve ! The 'ol blood sugar went off the scale with all that Eye Candy ! Great show and the Dunbar Fleet stood out. Would have loved to hear that vintage Leyland run. Love the work everyone puts in to save the old gals. The UTEs are special cause we don't have em here in the states. That orange 66 Dodge is something. Don't think I ever saw one before. Looked strange seeing your shed empty. Cheers Mate ! 👊😎👍
Thank you mate the notice of our efforts goes a long way. There was a lot that wasn’t filmed either so certainly was a lot of effort. It’s our pleasure
Thanks Steve, worth the wait. Great turn out, all the hard work has paid off. Sounds like the old White was getting a good clear out!. All the best mate.😊
Thank you James. It was a good show mate. Hopefully bigger next year. My brother in law was in the white and still learning how to drive the Detroit. He went okay. All the best mate
Hi Steve, that Austin looked nice. All shiny and red!! Ha ha. But more importantly, the sound of your trucks running up the hill is enough to put a horn on a jelly fish!! Bloody awesome! loved it!!
Hi mate. The Austin is owned by our club registrar. It has a 400 chev v8 in it. Yes the trucks all sounded good. I was in the 8 wheeler and the Ford Louisville in this video.
Awesome evening brother from another country down under awesome just awesome !!! Thank you and everyone that helped you to get your treasures out to the show !!!! I was thinking about the song convoy by c w McCall
G'day Steve, Thanks for the vid , was very cool indeed. I'm amazed how the sight and sound of the old rigs just takes me straight back to being a young boy in the late 60's n early 70's. The rounded look of the cabs, and the sound of the engines . I knew the sound of almost every different engine as a young boy . I still love them , always will I guess. On ya cobber. Respect....!
Hi mate thanks for watching. Those blokes have a great chainsaw display and a great collection of antiques. I bid on an 070 the other day but got outbid. Good one mate

My pleasure mate. That’s a shame that there aren’t any nearby to you now. I’d love to come over and look at a big show over there. Thanks for sharing the sticker mate. That’s what they are for. Hopefully your mate likes it. A good mate of mine moved over there with a woman he met here in Australia from Germany.

Some great looking old vehicles there Steve, especially liking the Atkinson, a rare beast by any means! The Flatbed Ford D series, it was one of those got me into driving lorries carting Hay and Straw here in the UK back in 1973.
Good to see that Down Under Rigs! I heard several. Detroits and Cats Running by. Here in the US. I drove Detroits , Cats, Mack and Cummins . R-Model Mack 237 . Started driving a R190 IH w/Red Diamond 450 6cyl gas 5 speed w/ OD and 2 sp rear. That was a 1953 . Also a 1952 L200 same engine w/tag axel ( would get stuck if the road was slick) Over the years I drove if I could make $$ I didn’t care what I was driving. I didn’t’ see any GMC “ Cracker Box” in the show. But I drove a 1965 w/ Detroit 653 and a 5 speed w/2 sp, rear. That was a relict when I drove it😂 I’m 79 now so I have some memories ?

14:53 Is that Ford a lefthand drive? Wipers are oriented as such. Either way, that's a nice truck. That whole show was full of nice iron!
I don’t think it is but cat say for sure
Great video Steve thanks for the content and the enthusiasm you genuinely have for old trucks. Do you wear ear protection for that 2 stroke? 😂😂😂
