First thing you learn in marketing: NO ONE OWES YOU A SALE. No one owes you the attention, no one owes you awards for exciting ad and marketing campaigns, no one owes you your success. You earn it by being good at your job. You make the people come to you with engaging marketing work. Sitting in your car that's speeding along a highway, not watching the road and screaming about people not buying from you or single mums or college kids is not engaging. Hannah Alonzo is a great example of someone who does informative anti-MLM content that calls out how gross it is while also having a lot of compassion for the people on the lower levels who are caught up in the scam. Her and CC and Savannah Marie are my big three anti-MLM providers. Oh, and I can't forget Briannah Jewel! She's a licensed personal trainer and is studying to be a registered dietitian. I really appreciate her scientific critique of the MLM supplements and diets and workout plans. Also, STOP MAKING VIDEOS WHILE DRIVING! Oh my god, it makes me so tense.

As a teacher, the amount of students who come to school after being given cough medicine or cold medicine to mask their symptoms is INSANE. Parents are desperate. Many of them cant keep their kids home because they have no paid sick leave and have been racking up credit cards the last two years. I had a parent who refused to come and pick up their symptomatic child because they needed to finish working a cash job so they could put food on the table that night. (Where I live we have been locked down 4 times now and are still fully masked at all times.) I don't envy parents right now. Not in the slightest.

When I was a kid and sick, my Mom just gave me medicine and let me stay home- alone. She was a single working Mom. I stayed home alone from the age of 7, when I needed to. Either that, or I went to my Grandma’s house. Kids today are weak. 80s and 90s kids were just fine at home alone.

Exactly what I was thinking. I work from home. In my state min wage is 7.25 , I started at 10 now I’m at 16.50 , that’s damn good where I’m at, even tho it’s no where near a living age. It’s sure better than a MLM. I got health coverage, a steady income, benefits, and that’s something MLMs will never have.
I work at Target and can confirm all us workers on the bottom of the Target pyramid do get paid! Lol and honestly paid well for what's required of us IMO. I work part time usually and still make way better money than most of these huns!

It wasn’t until I discovered anti-mlm YT videos that I realized I was following and liking a lot of MLM content and then emulating some of what I saw put out there (like the vulnerable essay long caption styles and hashtags they liked to use) when it came time to market my own handmade candles I sold online. It makes me shudder in hindsight, but also laugh at myself. Goes to show how tricky they like to be in their marketing to not let us know it’s an mlm until the “hey girl” dms begin.

I've had it since I was a kid, and there are so many time when I sit and wonder what it's like to not have it. They really don’t think people who work 9-5 have a life. I read, cook dinner every night, go to every one of my kids events, go on field trips, take time off when they are sick, go on dates with my husband. And I get to do it without “working my business” while doing it!
I had a long talk with my doctor last year and decided to go on a low dose of an SSRI to help with my anxiety since I felt like I was dying every day and it was severely impacting my quality of life. I had resisted going on any kind of medication for the longest time but I was at the end of my rope. Ngl, the first month was pretty bad, but now that I'm adjusted I feel so much better and my only regret is that I didn't go on meds sooner.
@@30seagullsinatrenchcoat11 Prozac has helped a ton with my severe anxiety and mild depression. I was relying on Xanax before. Which works absolute wonders but I also have chronic pain and am on opioids and it's definitely not very safe to be on opioids and benzo's at the same time.

Stay at home mom here who wanted a side gig, but didn’t want the hassle of 1099 income and starting a business. So I got a job with my school district as a classified substitute. No license needed, I pick when I work, and they withhold taxes and give me a W2 at the end of the year. Plus, schools are in desperate need of subs for all kinds of positions. Win/win. 🤷🏻♀️😁 Edit: can’t stand the “I’m gonna rant HARD and then try to sell stuff” tactic. It’s ridiculous 🤦🏻♀️

I’m a teacher. I have a really difficult schedule but I talked to my boss about creating an alternative schedule so I could find a therapist. She said yes. You CAN get the help you need in a “regular” job. You have to advocate for yourself. Not all employers are pieces of garbage, and MLMs are not the only way to get the help you need. It’s as simple as that really.
My husband is an over the road truck driver & I ride with him & some of these people driving & recording themselves not watching the road.... if only they could see how many wrecks we see ALL DAY EVERYDAY!! Like it’s RARE that we don’t see more than a few wrecks if we’re driving during the day time. Even if we drive through the night it’s RARE to not see at least ONE wreck... & that’s driving at night with barely anyone on the highways. Wrecks happen SO OFTEN & SOOOO EASILY!! There have literally been like TEN MAJOR PILEUPS on the interstates in the last couple of weeks. BAD ONES! & they start with a distracted driver running into a wreck & causing multiple vehicles to just start slamming into each other back to back to back. It’s fckin SCARY!!
My kids got 'rona in November of 2020. I was violently ill but they had no symptoms at all, which I was grateful for! I swear some people are so dense. She would be the person complaining if her kid had no symptoms and tested positive and not understand why he had to stay home if he wasn't showing symptoms!
The thing with working for target or buying from target is whether an employee sells 1 mascara or 100 mascaras in a day the employee still gets paid the same amount of money for the time they spent working their butt off to sell mascaras, and if they worked more hours they’d get paid more for the overtime. You also don’t have to pay a manager $100 just to apply for the job at Target if you decide you like their mascara so much you want to sell them.

I thought it was just me… that I didn’t work hard enough, wasn’t “good enough”, didn’t “want it bad enough”, wasn’t working late enough, not getting up early enough, etc. Just everything was never “enough”. It’s CRAZY to me how my upline’s own deep insecurities of how THEY didn’t feel “good enough” deep down was projected onto me and the rest of their downline. I will say, as to the second one, she's not completely wrong. Even before COVID, parents send their kids to school super sick and just hope they'll make it through the day, all while they're getting everyone else sick. You were right about asymptomatic too, but she did have a portion of a point there. It's annoying as a parent to go in and see sick kids at school. My oldest is in school but my younger two are home, and one of them just turned one, so her vaccinations are limited comparatively. This is a huge thing for our family. Especially in the area that I live in. No one thinks COVID is still a thing here. ugh.
they don’t think it’s a thing here either. i live in a apartment complex and i have watched at least 4 covid positive people have disregard for everyone else. the first time someone was knocking on doors begging for crackers and spread it to the neighbors kids. the other day someone literally announced our other neighbors had covid and they go sit on the steps, so i HAVE to pass them to get to my apartment. it pisses me off. it makes me want to go off on someone.
I think it's understandable to be upset, but it's also ignoring the wider issue. When schools punish children for absences and threaten legal action for too many missing days, along with the child now having to catch up to potentially several days worth of lessons for several classes with several hours of homework... and on top of that, many jobs not providing enough support for parents to actually stay home with their sick children, there are many times where sending a child to school sick is the only option. Unfortunately not every parent has a large support system that is able to step in and watch their children while they work -- school acts as that instead. Instead of getting angry with parents who have no other options, we should really be looking at the system as a whole, especially now that zoom classes are more widely available.

Everyone knows covid is a "thing" however some are less afraid and paranoid about it than others based on the 99.99% success rate when getting it. It's just a matter of perspective, not that ppl don't believe it exists. We can only control ourselves...nobody else. So being angry that someone wants to sit on the steps in their own complex sounds like a you problem that you should do some self reflection on.
When I was in high school, a friend came down with the flu and her mother sent her to school because apparently 'the flu isn't a big deal and is just a cold'. Unfortunately, my friend suffered through complications of the flu and nearly died because her mother refused to take her to the hospital. This is just an extreme example of course, but this mother's negligence caused a huge outbreak of flu cases at the school. In the time of COVID, one set of parents sent all of their children to school when they were actually sick with the virus because they 'didn't believe that COVID was a serious disease'. It caused my entire area to go into lockdown a year ago because of this and the parents were arrested with a multitude of charges after police learned that they had taken their sick children to the care home and caused many of the residents to contract and die of COVID.

I work at a large company and I usually accept friend requests from coworkers even if we don’t really know each other. Well, it finally happened. I got a friend request from a girl I don’t really know, but I accepted it. Then I started running into her at work and started trying to say hello, compliment her hair etc and she could barely acknowledge me. I looked on her Facebook cuz she posts a lot. Turns out she’s on Jessie Lee’s team and really proud of it! I had to laugh. She posts all these challenge before and after and I can’t see the difference in weight or fat loss. She’s always posting she’s gonna do this or that but I see what she eats in the break room! I finally got the hey hun message. I didn’t respond because I clearly can see she doesn’t see me as a person or coworker, just part of her pyramid. Also, every month she posts her “WHY” as she had no energy and ached everywhere and her ketones cured her, then the next week posts she’s taking a down day to recover from no energy and aching all over! So did her ketones cure her or not?! Glad I am smarter for having watched and learned from you CC! No MLMs or their products for me, noooo ma’am!!!!
I can absolutely work my “9-5” job from home but when I am at home I try to give that to my family and myself. Some people can work from home and manage both but I like to separate the two. Not to mention the PTO I earn to use as I please. I can literally turn my phone off, walk away for days and still get paid!!
Girl, Delta-8 is my jam for anxiety. My son’s also (he’s an adult, don’t worry). Weed isn’t legal in my state, but D8 & D10 is. I work in a shop that sells it and we have so many people coming in that use it for anxiety. I highly recommend it, as long as a person as spoken to their doctor first. I always use the disclaimer “I know that this works for me and others, but please talk to your doctor because it may not work for everyone.”
Being compassionate towards people who lack education and get sucked into MLMs is one thing but I don't think you need to have that same compassion for people consciously scamming and manipulating people into joining MLMs, the ones who KNOW what they're doing. No thanks.
Yeah I agree, have compassion for the ones that are just following their upline and might not realize what they are doing is a scam because they've been taken advantage of and brainwashed. I don't have kids, so I'm sorry in advance if my comment sounds insensitive: but what's wrong with daycare?! I have made friends that are still my best friends to this day when I was 2 years old at daycare. Both my parents worked when my brother and I were children and we have not felt neglected for one second because of it. I'm kind of tired of the stigma about daycare and not homeschooling that they're trying to promote. Seriously. I'm so freaking glad I went to daycare and that I went to school. I swear my parents and I have a better relationship because of it and I have met incredible people at school that are still my closest friends to this day.
I don't have kids either but I think a daycare thats well run and affordable to parents is perfect for children. They get to socialize, engage in play, parents are less stressed, they get to learn, etc. But I could be out of my depth.

I for one never care if a creator has an upload schedule. I’m subscribed to channels but I don’t have notifications on. I go to the main feed and scroll through looking for whatever I’m in the mood to watch. Today this was the first video that popped up. Sometimes I’ll go to my subscription feed and see what i need to catch up on. I just like being surprised when a video gets posted.

The one mother saying "keep your kids home if they are sick".....I 100% agree with your response....some people don't know they have it. I can confirm this to be true. Exposed at a graduation party so those of us who were there just kept an eye on ourselves. Tested negative when I first found out, last Saturday, felt fine but wanted to test myself "just in case"....just in case was a positive test. Three days later my friends that were with me tested positive. Had I not just in case tested I would have still been walking around with it....spreading the love (insert sarcasm) so I totally get it. Again, your videos are awesome.

I use D8 too and it does help quite a bit too, but mine personally is still pretty bad, but it makes me so happy to see people find things that work. I struggle, my doctor is not kind or caring about it (and somehow blames me for his treatments not working for me lol) so I am looking for a new one because I was never supposed to be this person’s patient but my doctor in the same practice passed unexpectedly but he was working on it with me, hopefully the next one will. Amazon and Apple are popular targets too. While the stock market took a bit of a dive this morning, part of my compensation with the Fruit Company are stocks. That builds more towards generational wealth than whatever these huns are doing.
What bothers me most when they come for my beloved Target (and other very large businesses) is that they act like they don't shop there too. I just don't believe that they don't. And why is it always Target and not Wal-Mart, which has been known to be worse. So you only buy your makeup and shampoo from MLMs, ok. But what about everything else? Probably Target, or Walmart, a big box they never mention.
The funniest part to me is that I just started working at Target so I'm making the least amount of money I can there and my 20 hrs a week is probably getting a better paycheck than her working 24/7 😂

As a teacher, the amount of students who come to school after being given cough medicine or cold medicine to mask their symptoms is INSANE. Parents are desperate. Many of them cant keep their kids home because they have no paid sick leave and have been racking up credit cards the last two years. I had a parent who refused to come and pick up their symptomatic child because they needed to finish working a cash job so they could put food on the table that night. (Where I live we have been locked down 4 times now and are still fully masked at all times.) I don't envy parents right now. Not in the slightest.

When I was a kid and sick, my Mom just gave me medicine and let me stay home- alone. She was a single working Mom. I stayed home alone from the age of 7, when I needed to. Either that, or I went to my Grandma’s house. Kids today are weak. 80s and 90s kids were just fine at home alone.

Exactly what I was thinking. I work from home. In my state min wage is 7.25 , I started at 10 now I’m at 16.50 , that’s damn good where I’m at, even tho it’s no where near a living age. It’s sure better than a MLM. I got health coverage, a steady income, benefits, and that’s something MLMs will never have.

I’ve come to literally detest these women and I’m not ashamed to say it. It takes a special kind of person to talk down to people the way they do and manipulate people the way they do. It wasn’t until I discovered anti-mlm YT videos that I realized I was following and liking a lot of MLM content and then emulating some of what I saw put out there (like the vulnerable essay long caption styles and hashtags they liked to use) when it came time to market my own handmade candles I sold online. It makes me shudder in hindsight, but also laugh at myself. Goes to show how tricky they like to be in their marketing to not let us know it’s an mlm until the “hey girl” dms begin.

I had a long talk with my doctor last year and decided to go on a low dose of an SSRI to help with my anxiety since I felt like I was dying every day and it was severely impacting my quality of life. I had resisted going on any kind of medication for the longest time but I was at the end of my rope. Ngl, the first month was pretty bad, but now that I'm adjusted I feel so much better and my only regret is that I didn't go on meds sooner.
@@30seagullsinatrenchcoat11 Prozac has helped a ton with my severe anxiety and mild depression. I was relying on Xanax before. Which works absolute wonders but I also have chronic pain and am on opioids and it's definitely not very safe to be on opioids and benzo's at the same time.

Stay at home mom here who wanted a side gig, but didn’t want the hassle of 1099 income and starting a business. So I got a job with my school district as a classified substitute. No license needed, I pick when I work, and they withhold taxes and give me a W2 at the end of the year. Plus, schools are in desperate need of subs for all kinds of positions. Win/win. 🤷🏻♀️😁

I’m a teacher. I have a really difficult schedule but I talked to my boss about creating an alternative schedule so I could find a therapist. She said yes. You CAN get the help you need in a “regular” job. You have to advocate for yourself. Not all employers are pieces of garbage, and MLMs are not the only way to get the help you need. It’s as simple as that really.
My husband is an over the road truck driver & I ride with him & some of these people driving & recording themselves not watching the road.... if only they could see how many wrecks we see ALL DAY EVERYDAY!! Like it’s RARE that we don’t see more than a few wrecks if we’re driving during the day time. Even if we drive through the night it’s RARE to not see at least ONE wreck... & that’s driving at night with barely anyone on the highways. Wrecks happen SO OFTEN & SOOOO EASILY!! There have literally been like TEN MAJOR PILEUPS on the interstates in the last couple of weeks. BAD ONES! & they start with a distracted driver running into a wreck & causing multiple vehicles to just start slamming into each other back to back to back. It’s fckin SCARY!!

My kids got 'rona in November of 2020. I was violently ill but they had no symptoms at all, which I was grateful for! I swear some people are so dense. She would be the person complaining if her kid had no symptoms and tested positive and not understand why he had to stay home if he wasn't showing symptoms!
The thing with working for target or buying from target is whether an employee sells 1 mascara or 100 mascaras in a day the employee still gets paid the same amount of money for the time they spent working their butt off to sell mascaras, and if they worked more hours they’d get paid more for the overtime. You also don’t have to pay a manager $100 just to apply for the job at Target if you decide you like their mascara so much you want to sell them.
I also have anxiety, and am a recovering addict(I even had surgery yesterday with no opiates!) And I totally understand not wanting to be on any type of med that could be addicting. I'm so happy for you that Delta 8 works for you, that's amazing!! 🙌🙌💙💙

I use to be in MLM after MLM several years ago, including Mōdere under Jessie Lee. NEVER made any money. I thought it was just me… that I didn’t work hard enough, wasn’t “good enough”, didn’t “want it bad enough”, wasn’t working late enough, not getting up early enough, etc. Just everything was never “enough”.
It’s CRAZY to me how my upline’s own deep insecurities of how THEY didn’t feel “good enough” deep down was projected onto me and the rest of their downline. At the time I didn’t have the awareness to see it.

I will say, as to the second one, she's not completely wrong. Even before COVID, parents send their kids to school super sick and just hope they'll make it through the day, all while they're getting everyone else sick. You were right about asymptomatic too, but she did have a portion of a point there. It's annoying as a parent to go in and see sick kids at school. My oldest is in school but my younger two are home, and one of them just turned one, so her vaccinations are limited comparatively. This is a huge thing for our family. Especially in the area that I live in. No one thinks COVID is still a thing here. ugh.
they don’t think it’s a thing here either. i live in a apartment complex and i have watched at least 4 covid positive people have disregard for everyone else. the first time someone was knocking on doors begging for crackers and spread it to the neighbors kids. the other day someone literally announced our other neighbors had covid and they go sit on the steps, so i HAVE to pass them to get to my apartment. it pisses me off. it makes me want to go off on someone.
I think it's understandable to be upset, but it's also ignoring the wider issue. When schools punish children for absences and threaten legal action for too many missing days, along with the child now having to catch up to potentially several days worth of lessons for several classes with several hours of homework... and on top of that, many jobs not providing enough support for parents to actually stay home with their sick children, there are many times where sending a child to school sick is the only option. Unfortunately not every parent has a large support system that is able to step in and watch their children while they work -- school acts as that instead. Instead of getting angry with parents who have no other options, we should really be looking at the system as a whole, especially now that zoom classes are more widely available.

Everyone knows covid is a "thing" however some are less afraid and paranoid about it than others based on the 99.99% success rate when getting it. It's just a matter of perspective, not that ppl don't believe it exists. We can only control ourselves...nobody else. So being angry that someone wants to sit on the steps in their own complex sounds like a you problem that you should do some self reflection on.
When I was in high school, a friend came down with the flu and her mother sent her to school because apparently 'the flu isn't a big deal and is just a cold'. Unfortunately, my friend suffered through complications of the flu and nearly died because her mother refused to take her to the hospital. This is just an extreme example of course, but this mother's negligence caused a huge outbreak of flu cases at the school.
In the time of COVID, one set of parents sent all of their children to school when they were actually sick with the virus because they 'didn't believe that COVID was a serious disease'. It caused my entire area to go into lockdown a year ago because of this and the parents were arrested with a multitude of charges after police learned that they had taken their sick children to the care home and caused many of the residents to contract and die of COVID.

I work at a large company and I usually accept friend requests from coworkers even if we don’t really know each other. Well, it finally happened. I got a friend request from a girl I don’t really know, but I accepted it. Then I started running into her at work and started trying to say hello, compliment her hair etc and she could barely acknowledge me. I looked on her Facebook cuz she posts a lot. Turns out she’s on Jessie Lee’s team and really proud of it! I had to laugh. She posts all these challenge before and after and I can’t see the difference in weight or fat loss. She’s always posting she’s gonna do this or that but I see what she eats in the break room! I finally got the hey hun message. I didn’t respond because I clearly can see she doesn’t see me as a person or coworker, just part of her pyramid. Also, every month she posts her “WHY” as she had no energy and ached everywhere and her ketones cured her, then the next week posts she’s taking a down day to recover from no energy and aching all over! So did her ketones cure her or not?! Glad I am smarter for having watched and learned from you CC! No MLMs or their products for me, noooo ma’am!!!!
I can absolutely work my “9-5” job from home but when I am at home I try to give that to my family and myself. Some people can work from home and manage both but I like to separate the two. Not to mention the PTO I earn to use as I please. I can literally turn my phone off, walk away for days and still get paid!!

Girl, Delta-8 is my jam for anxiety. My son’s also (he’s an adult, don’t worry). Weed isn’t legal in my state, but D8 & D10 is. I work in a shop that sells it and we have so many people coming in that use it for anxiety.
I highly recommend it, as long as a person as spoken to their doctor first. I always use the disclaimer “I know that this works for me and others, but please talk to your doctor because it may not work for everyone.”
Being compassionate towards people who lack education and get sucked into MLMs is one thing but I don't think you need to have that same compassion for people consciously scamming and manipulating people into joining MLMs, the ones who KNOW what they're doing. No thanks.
Yeah I agree, have compassion for the ones that are just following their upline and might not realize what they are doing is a scam because they've been taken advantage of and brainwashed. I don't have kids, so I'm sorry in advance if my comment sounds insensitive: but what's wrong with daycare?! I have made friends that are still my best friends to this day when I was 2 years old at daycare. Both my parents worked when my brother and I were children and we have not felt neglected for one second because of it. I'm kind of tired of the stigma about daycare and not homeschooling that they're trying to promote. Seriously. I'm so freaking glad I went to daycare and that I went to school. I swear my parents and I have a better relationship because of it and I have met incredible people at school that are still my closest friends to this day.
I don't have kids either but I think a daycare thats well run and affordable to parents is perfect for children. They get to socialize, engage in play, parents are less stressed, they get to learn, etc. But I could be out of my depth.

Also, not everyone is supposed to “be their own boss” some people really work better with the structure an established corporate type of job can provide, with management that helps you stay on track and gives you goals that you don’t have to come up with all on your own. I’m so tired of this argument with these Huns.

Ok, first video I’ve seen of yours but I’m sold. I’m literally DYING over the First Lady , pony tail and glass wearing mom. If she is actually trying to recruit me or get me to buy something, I’m dead. She looks like if I was trying to drive one of my three kids to school finally after a week of the flu with all three throwing up everywhere, no shower and I’m screaming into the world (or to my mom) how I need a nap and a shower. I love the insinuation that the only options to get anything is MLM or big corporations (which include MLMs too). I get stuff from etsy, farmer's markets, stores that aren't part of chains, etc. I can support people with my purchases and still be anti-MLM. Imagine that.
Medication doesn't work for everyone. From my own experience, getting on the right one finally helped me, but do whatever makes you less anxious.

I for one never care if a creator has an upload schedule. I’m subscribed to channels but I don’t have notifications on. I go to the main feed and scroll through looking for whatever I’m in the mood to watch. Today this was the first video that popped up. Sometimes I’ll go to my subscription feed and see what i need to catch up on. I just like being surprised when a video gets posted.

New to your channel so my comment is a few months late. Love your non sugar coated reaction to these women. I wanted to mention one thing that came up in the video. The one mother saying "keep your kids home if they are sick".....I 100% agree with your response....some people don't know they have it. I can confirm this to be true. Exposed at a graduation party so those of us who were there just kept an eye on ourselves. Tested negative when I first found out, last Saturday, felt fine but wanted to test myself "just in case"....just in case was a positive test. Three days later my friends that were with me tested positive. Had I not just in case tested I would have still been walking around with it....spreading the love (insert sarcasm) so I totally get it. Again, your videos are awesome.

I’m so glad you’ve found something that works for your anxiety and I am so happy for you and thank you for sharing it with us. I use D8 too and it does help quite a bit too, but mine personally is still pretty bad, but it makes me so happy to see people find things that work. I struggle, my doctor is not kind or caring about it (and somehow blames me for his treatments not working for me lol) so I am looking for a new one because I was never supposed to be this person’s patient but my doctor in the same practice passed unexpectedly but he was working on it with me, hopefully the next one will. Hoping this continues to help you. 💖

Amazon and Apple are popular targets too. While the stock market took a bit of a dive this morning, part of my compensation with the Fruit Company are stocks. That builds more towards generational wealth than whatever these huns are doing.
What bothers me most when they come for my beloved Target (and other very large businesses) is that they act like they don't shop there too. I just don't believe that they don't. And why is it always Target and not Wal-Mart, which has been known to be worse. So you only buy your makeup and shampoo from MLMs, ok. But what about everything else? Probably Target, or Walmart, a big box they never mention.
